They provide parking (behind 2 large steel doors) at hotel Arbes, just around the corner (+-100m), where you also have to check-in. Tram is very close, and the best way to get to the center or the castle.

The hotel is in a not central part of Prague. It's a converted apartment house. Very clean, very friendly and close to all sort of transport. The breakfast is brought to the room and so abundant that it allows to make snacks for during the day while walking around town. Saved us a lot of "mom I'm hungry". Cozy, like the rooms I had visiting my family there many years ago. Loved it!!

This hotel is a truly wonderful experience in a truly wonderful city for all activities. All our desires and needs were met. The ease of getting around Prague by tram is a huge plus.

We have no complaints, the building and room were suitable for what we required. No complaints. It wasn't luxurious but can't expect it to be. We had a breakfast of rolls cheese and breads delivered each morning and the time we requested. Also complimentary cereal, fruit and yoghurt in the room. No facilities in the hotel.

Comfortable apartment near transport links and really quiet at night despite busy road near by. Breakfast delivered each morning with enough to do lunch as well. Easy access to the city with a 15 minute wLk to the tourist areas or a quick tram ride

Good location off the tourist zone in a lively area where locals carry on with their daily lives. Check-in location is at another location (Hotel Andel was the name I think, about a block away from Austria Suites). Well equipped kitchen for self-catering. Tesco and Albert near by. Shower needed some fixing (door handle missing, did not close properly) but bathroom was clean and functional. Loved the spacious room.

You have to go around the corner to another hotel to check in, and you have to go outside to get to the elevator, but this is a really nice hotel, one of the best and most comfortable in a 3 week trip. It has a stocked kitchenette, and they bring your continental breakfast to your room. There's a small balcony with a tiny table and an ashtray - a nice compromise in a non-smoking room. Two tables, three chairs, and a couch. And I counted 19 electrical outlets in the bedroom, not counting those in use by lamps, etc.

Great stay for money. Room was bit dated. Staff were wonderful booked a tour for us no problems.

For a student it was an excellent hotel, the staff were welcoming and helpful, breakfast was included and made a great lunch too. Some rooms came with a small balcony and the rooms were bright and cosy. If you're staying for a few days the small kitchen was really helpful (no cooker) if you're not eating out every night. Would recommend :)

Very nice hotel with very helpful staff. Having the small kitchen was very useful and the hotel is right next to a shopping centre with a tesco. Would definately recommend!

A great place: huge room with kitchen nook and bathroom, as well as terrace, and a daily breakfast basket that frankly did for lunch, too!

Very comfortable accommodation in fair condition. Room surprisingly large that easily houses comfortable sofa and large screen TV. Small balcony another plus. Staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping of a high standard. Breakfast a bit dull but adequate. Our room was very quiet and although lacking air conditioning a fan was provided. Great location especially for Andel Shopping centre. Would be happy to return.

I picked this hotel based upon price and its relatively close location to an event I was attending in Prague. Initially I was looking at price as well as an acceptable level of comfort, but this place was great value for money. Spacious room, good facilities and if I ever go back to Prague this is where i will be staying!

we had a lovely stay at Austria Suites, the only down side would be the low hanging shower, still not sure how you are suppose to stand under it. The breakfast was a great idea and set us up for the day. A very enjoyable trip and glad we picked Austria Suites

So , lets start with location. it is on Prague5, 3 min from tram stop, 10-15min from center, Although not in a center still close enough and for the price you get - great. Plus, all you need is walking distance from the hotel - very convenient. Apartments it self smartly built for families, Large room, small kitchen. sofa that opens for a bed. perfect. The place was clean spotless every day. Breakfast is very minimalist, in the morning you get basket of bread, cheese and sausage, plus yogurt and cereals, take care of an upgrade. All in all very good hotel and value - recommended.
