Stayed for two nights. Close to arena for Spenglar Cup. Spenglar Inn is central walking distance to everything. All the staff was very welcoming.

Optimal solution for short staying. Excellent location and great services associated with the nearby Hard Rock hotel.

A 4 night stay for skiing before Christmas. Accessing Spenglers Inn was a little confusing as there this is done via the Hard Rock Hotel reception. HRH don’t advertise that this is the case so only found out when I ventured inside for advice. Access through the HRH is also a bit convoluted but ok once learned. The room was clean and tidy but somewhat old fashioned and energy efficiency wise the window seals could have been better to stop cold draughts. The beds were large and comfortable and the linen fresh and clean. We were thankful that they’d provided us with a kettle and cups on request. A good location to access the ski busses and the main shopping Promenade.

Der Parkplatz war schon voll. Der Herr von der Rezeption hat dann ein Parkhaus für 25 sFr. empfohlen. Ein Passant gab mir den Hinweis, einen öffentlichen Parkplatz zu nutzen. Dieser war bis 8 Uhr kostenlos. Danach 1 sFr. je 30 Minuten.

Wir waren zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber in Ordnung. Wir hatten sogar Bergsicht im dritten Stock. Für die Anreise muss man wissen, dass die Rezeption im Hardrock Hotel ist.

Soweit OK. Appartements werden absehbar in Wohnungen des zugehoerenden HardRockHotel umgewandelt, deshalb alles etwas verwaist. Nach der 1. Nacht fiel auch der Zimmerservice komplett aus, alles etwas schade. / Durch das Verlassene war aber absolute Ruhe im Gebäude/ Frühstück im HardRockHtl war sehr gut. Hierbei ist zu erwähnen , das Maria die Restaurantleiterin wie ein Engel von Davos gegenüber jedem Gast Willkommens agiert- dafür nochmals merci!

Witzig fand ich die "Bergsicht"! Ja! War aber vorhanden! Zwischen den Gebäuden konnte man tatsächlich etwas ausmachen! Egal! Sonst eine Zweckmässige angenehme Unterkunft! Wäre aber mit allen Extras meiner Meinung nach dann doch nicht wirklich günstig! Gut, von denn 3 Nächten sind es dann halt leider nur eine geworden! Sehr gut fand ich jedenfalls das ich ein Haustier mitnehmen kann! Auch sehr nett arrangiert! Mit Decke, Trocknungstuch, Futternapf und Zimmerwimpel! Zwar auch nicht gerade günsrig, aber es passte schon! Das Personal war 1. Klasse!

Actually, the price to value ratio was exent for Davos. Room very Ok, hostel sos so but breakfast amd lockers in Hard rock hotel were great bonus

Wonderful experience, it’s Hard Rock Hotel extended building, comfortable bed sheets, linen, breakfast of great choice. Staff at the reception however too busy to smile or be helpful with explaining. On the other hand, room service staff incredibly helpful and kind.

Das Hostel ist gut gelegen. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Die Betten sind sehr klein.

Love it. Great staff and all part of HardRock Hotel. We got stuck in snow one day and Julio, the parking guy helped us out (tip: pay for the excellent underground parking). We paid for breakfast every day at Hardrock restaurant which was excellent - nice service from the woman who works there. Would be interested to know how much they paid for the shirt worn by Elvis and the guitar used by John Lennon cost them, - hanging on wall.

Great hostel. Very conveniently located with all amenity. It is in between the 2 biggest piste area - jacobhorn and parsenn - but local bus is at the doorstep and is very frequent (every 5-10 mins), and only take 5-10min ride to each area. I was allowed to use the ski locker room of the associated hotel which always really nice. Room is great with ensuite and very clean. A few minor things that are less than ideal are that it lacks a clear sign so might be a bit difficult to find. The website also did not make it clear actually guest needs to check in at the associated hotel. The room also lacks a kettle.

Great value for money. Loved the place and would recommend it to anyone. I however had a scary experience one night after my key refused to open the main door. It was midnight, I don't speak german and I didn't have a phone on me. However the staff were sorry about it and I would definitely stay at the hostel again. One thing though, just make sure your electronic key works before you step out

Nice and clean facility, very clean rooms. It is a hostel, part of the Alexander hotel operation (which is being remodeled) Clean and adequate (for the price), very good location off of the Promenade. Services are very basic, but if your schedule requires spending a lot of time out of the hotel this does not matter too much. Very friendly, informal and helpful staff.

Good price for a clean and spacious room. Dorm type setting. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

Es war alles ok, Personal (des Hard Rock Hotels) sehr freundlich. Aber die Ausstattung ist schon sehr "basic" für den hohen Preis, daher die Bewertung.
