Service was good. We were required to check out early and will miss our breakfast, the staff offered us sandwiches instead. Overall stay was pleasant.

Convenient to Kokusai Street. Onsen available but bath amenties in onsen are not so good quality. Breakfast spread can be improved (limited) Room is decent. Love their thick blanket. Staff’s english speaking is limited. Heavy rain and hotel dont provide umbrella like other hotel. Area is dark , so took quite sometime to locate as foyer is not obvious.

Very good location. Good breakfast. Good value for money. Room is reasonable size. Can open suitcases fully and the most important thing: no tour groups staying at the hotel which makes a big difference. We had a very pleasant stay!

It exceeded my expectations as I did not expect too much based on the room price. The room was clean though not big but sufficient for 3 adults. Contrary to some reviews, the hotel staff were very helpful , we went when the typhoon hit and were very concerned. The hotel staff helped check the weather update and gave advise. Overall we had a good stay .

it is old hotel but still in good condition. the public bath is really enjoyable after a long day. 5 mins walk to Kokusai douri is convenient.

Good hotel, well maintained (although a bit dated and in need of maintenance). As expected in Japan, small rooms but very clean. Near monorail station and Kokusai Dori

Like many others mentioned, the whole hotel has very limited resource for laundry. 2 washing machines for 11 floors of guests. People really do need to line up for that. Other than that, I think the hotel is good, in terms of its closeness to the beach, high way etc. I particular like the balcony. I like that the room has windows I can open for fresh air.

Very big room compared to others in the district. Room is a bit run down but close to main shopping street.

Room was tidy and large enough for 4 ppl.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is very convenience which is right next to the hotel entrance . We've stayed in a 4-bed room, which the room itself is considered spacious in the city. It requies around 5-10 minutes walk to the main shopping area and to the mono-rail station which considers very convenience. The room itself is generally clean, only the bathroom equipment can be improved. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to a family stay. 4 out of 5.

Really nice personnel, and the location of the hotel is great. I didn't get the breakfast. I wanted to do some shopping, which worked out great. The personnel could tell me where to go. The hotel is really close to the monorail, which is incredibly handy in Naha.

Good experience, good service, location is great, close to everything in downtown Naha and across the street from a Salsa club.
