Hallways were pretty drab, but the rooms were just great. Incredibly comfortable beds, top quality bed linens, wonderful shower. There is a cafe on the ground floor that was fantastic. Pretty neighborhood; and the Miranda mall is a very short walk away. We would absolutely stay there again. Price is very modest. Staff was super nice and helpful!!

There was ample parking during our visit. Easy access to morning breakfast (& lunch) at Piggies Cafe at ground level of the premises or to walk Westfield Shopping centre just across the road. Easy access to our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church for Sunday Mass. Room cleanliness was excellent with daily housekeeping making it a treat to return to the room. Friendly reception & housekeeping staff.

Very nice and quiet place in the busy city area. It is free parking and very convenient to get access to beaches near by.

Wonderful central location, super close to the shopping centre and the train station and the rooms are good sized with lovely comfortable pillows and beds. The hotel is a little dated in that the bathrooms are older and the rooms are not soundproof but I say that more to be aware as opposed to any complaint. Great for the price point.

Friendly staff. Room was clean. A bit dated but we werent expecting anything fancy given the price. The original room we were in, the AC wasnt working properly. However the staff were very helpful, quickly examined it and then moved us to another room where the AC was working. We would stay here again.

Nice and easy. Basic, but just what was needed for a business trip.

Ok hotel, showing its age in lots of areas though. Frustrating having to swipe room card in the lift to go down to reception. Other guests shared my thoughts. And frustrating having to keep a parking voucher displayed on your dashboard while using the carpark. My rego number had already been asked for and submitted at check in. Little things, but not not normally experienced at similar hotels. The big downside, which is why I rated service 2 stars, was being charged $20.00 for 2 cans of soft drink and a bag of crisps by reception. Way way over the top and totally unnecessary.

Old, run down, poor window insulation and was very noise with traffic noise. Unhelpful staff.
