The place was so hard to find and no clear instruction was provided. Staff were not accommodating since there was no one available to assist us on checking-in. We wasted our time looking for the place and waiting for our room.

Good, clean comfortable. close to public transportation.

If my hostel room in Hong Kong is small, I understand, but at check-in they were confused because my room was still being used by other guests. I was invited back and forth on the 11.4,6 floor. Finally I was given a room on the 6th floor and then stayed just like that without being given a room key or password. Until I was confused and finally found the staff again. It takes 2 hours just to get a room and put the suitcase, very waste of time. Turning the next day home from the streets, I was super shocked, my belongings were not in the room, no staff were there and I was confused. Finally I asked other hotel staff on the 4th floor to contact the Grand Inn staff. Apparently they moved my room to the 11th floor without prior notice to me. Not only got there, I arrived in my room more shocked and annoyed again because my suitcase was broken and dented even though I was living my suitcase, but it was still too much the impact of the fungus was very good. . That means how rough they move my things. Please do not stay in this place very unpleasant, I have gone to many places only this place is the most impudent.

The location of this hotel is quite strategic. There is near the motor station and Kowloon mosque, tips if you want to check don't go directly to the 11th floor, but go to the 4th floor first because the receptionist is on the floor. For the size of the room, you could say it's really small, especially the bathroom. But for cleanliness it's pretty good and the air conditioner is cold there is a TV and hot water is on. My score for this hotel is 8.

Affordable price, clean and strategic location.

The room is very clean, the area is also comfortable not noisy unlike the next area. if the room yes is a bit narrow, but not bad. reasonable for in HK. The most make it easy check-in is not difficult, he pake self check-in system. We order online continuously the same he sent the key via whatsapp.

For people who travel on budget, chacha hotel is great choice. Though the room is very small, but it's compact functional and clean. In a room of approximately 3x3m, it has fridge, queen bed, safety box, bathroom. It has window so we could change the fresh air. The site is very strategic. It cleaned every day with 2 bottles mineral water. Towel is change everyday. But the coffee and tea is not refill everyday. The environment is not noisy. To go with mtr, only 50 metres walk. For moslems, the mtr next to kowloon mosque and kowloon park. Choices of halal food is many.

Good place, comfortable, the service is good, strategic location, clean. Nice trip!
