Overall great clean propery for my needs (which was to be near by the Akron stadium for a game). Would definitely stay again should i come for more games.

Our stay was one night as we were on our roadtrip.

The staff was very attentive.

Buena atención, todos muy amables. La habitación es amplia, estaba limpia, todo en orden. En la recepción hay café y agua las 24 horas del día. Lo único que no me gustó es que para llegar ha recepción hay que tomar un elevador y tuvimos que esperar algunos minutos para poder subir.

Lots of noice, keys didn’t work for elevators or rooms

Room with faulty toilet and staff was not as friendly as other times.

They dont have the type of room that i booked

The beds need a little more cleaning, the sheets are in poor condition, they don't change the towels even if you leave them on the floor.

It was a good stay satisfied no complaints

Staff was not very supportive at checking in.

One Hotel is my "go to," choice when traveling in Mexico, always clean, consistent service, overall, nice. The only downside this time was parking, it was a bit of a walk to the parking, but it was secure.

Receptionist was not very friendly . Hotel was full to capacity and a bit too noisy during the night . No fridge, iron or safes the rooms .

would be helpful to have usb sockets in the room

Construction outside was difficult to deal with. Inside, staff and service were great
