Nicely appointed rooms, comfortable bedding and well equipped. Very convenient both to Old Town and the train station. Lots of dining options close by.

It was ok. The bad part was the wi-Fi, terrible.

Well, if you want to visit Schaffhausen, and who wouldn't, this is certainly the place to stay if you are either driving on coming by train. The parking is next door, as is the station. Room was large, clean and comfortable and the hotel's restaurant/bar really nice. It is convenient to everything, and walking distance to all you would want to see. A fantastic place to visit and to stay. Would highly recomment do anyone.

Good stay. For some reason all of the room lights switch themselves on at midnight which was quite disturbing.

Great modern hotel. The rooms are spacious and modern and comfortable. Beds are comfortable, great lighting. Good location. Restaurant has great food, breakfast is great. Great service. Only thing that is missing is free parking.

Clean, beds comfortable, pillows awful. Disappointed that no kettle , tea/coffeee making facilities in room as this is a must for me upon waking. Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient location.

The Vienna House is an average European style of hotel, pretty small rooms, tight bathroom space, but friendly staff and clean rooms. There are opportunities to do better with keeping the restaurant and bar open on Sunday evening and providing more attention to room service/cleaning.

Staffs here were very kind. The hotel is basically connected to the station and really near by the schaffhausen city center whoch makes this hotel very convenient. The parking was plenty and connected directly by the elevator which I liked very much. It makes it easy to transport the goods from the car to the room and vice versa. The blind was automatic so I didn't have to close the curtain. The fridge was working, but not so strong that it takes a while to cool drinks which I was not fond of. Overall, my experience was very well here.

Decent business hotel, easy walk to old town!

Wow, we were very impressed with the stay. It was close to town attractions, train, hotel is new, quiet and super clean. Lastly the restaurant food was excellent.

A minute from tge traun station. Very tiny room for 3 bdes, there is no space to walk anymore. The minibar is useless, hotter than temperature oitside. No aircon. The laundry facility is good but wouldnt recommend as it is use to wash rags byvthe staff.

City parking not free but easily accessible via public transportation and centrally located for easy access to city center and surrounding activities.
