Easy access to bus for day trip to Verona Staff was extremely helpful and friendly No AC if you go after sept 30 but that seemed to be the case in all our Northern italy stays. Window open was fine as it is not noisy. Overall, a good day we were only going to be there one night but opted to stay a second night because everything was so convenient.

Staff was tremendously friendly and helpful in all ways. Clean rooms, a little outdated on overall hotel decor but clean. If you want A/C come before the end of September as apparently it’s shut down after that for winter. Our only complaint was that it was hot in room but opening windows brought night cool air so it was fine. We would stay again!

It was a fine choice. Affordable and good in a pinch. The room was a little odd, but I felt safe.

it was great, very clean, great aircon in room, comfy bed, amazing shower. we were welcomed by very friendly staff. they explained everything. small lift that u don't have to carry your cases up. Wi-Fi available really good. Amazing sushi bar next door. we didnt have breakfast so just used caffe shop opposite what is amazing. not far from Lidl, Lake Garda or Verona so you can go anywhere within 30 mins. lovely mountain view. for that price all good to me.

Staff were clearly only interested in seeing and dealing with Italian guests and had no time, patience or information for International guests. Very old, antiquated property. Worst place weve stayed in 5 weeks of travel throughout Europe

We were very satisfied with our stay at Valpolicella. Loved the quirky decor and outdoor furniture. Its in a residential area but easy do drive into Verona. Staff were very helpful amd we had a comfortable stay for one night. My partner reported that the breakfast was very very nice and great value for €10 Cafe across the road is lovely too.

Good for a 1 night stay and visit to Verona and nearby wineries. Staff was great. Facilities are a bit dated and worn. Room was a bit small for a family of 4.

The hotel was fine, and it is in a great wine district. The room had a good size, but old. They have tried to paint it, which helps a little bit, but both the bathroom and the rooms could need an update. (The pictures shows it to be more modern than it is). I would not consider this a 3-star hotel. The bathroom smelled like pee, but other than that the room was ok cleaned. Walls and door was thin, and at 0830, both mornings the maid kept knocking on the door every 10-15min for about 1 hour. The room did not have a “do-not-disturb”-sign. All in all, I would probably not go back, and rather try to find a nice winery stay instead.

Hotel molto diverso dalla descrizione, la camera era piccola e con letto aggiuntivo si stava molto stretti. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovato. Peccato che non si potessero aprire le finestre.

Very professional, friendly and caring staff at the reception desk. A special thank you to Marco for having recommended us a fantastic restaurant “Nane” in San Pietro Cairate, where we enjoyed an excellent dinner with local superb wines. The breakfast was better than expected to be in Italy. The environment is bizarre, but the room was clean, the bed was OK. Very good WiFi connection. A price worth place to stay.

Very nice place to stay. Convient to the local bus service that works great to get around. The staff is as accommodating has one could possibly be. They go out of their way to help with your needs. The hotel provides the capability to buy glasses and bottles of wine and other drinks as well. Their is a restaurant next door that has a bunch of meals to choose from.

Great hotel, with nicely decorated facilities that seem either quite new or very recently redone. Comfortable and impeccably clean room and bathroom. Very effective blinds to completely darken the room for sleep, and block out the road noise (which was really quite minimal). Good location in the Valpolicella region, and an easy 25 minutes by car from lake Garda. They also had safe storage facilities for bikes, which was important to us for this stay. Overall great experience - would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were very helpful and the facilities good. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The only slight problem is that it is close to quite a busy road so there is some traffic noise.
