The room had a horrible smell of cleaning product The bedsheets smelled dirty The hotel was very noisy because the guests which arrived around 2am. The hotel is very outdated. The buffet for breakfast was not good enough. I stayed at this same hotel about 6 years ago, but this new experience in 2022 was very disappointing

The food service was awesome and the staff was all friendly and nice to understand me even with my limited knowledge of the language, Portuguese. I would ask for a initial tour of the room; how the lighting works and how to signal the cleaning crew “ not do your room that day “

Hotel is located in Batel neighborhood, really well situated between bars, shoppings, restaurants. About the room, the service is very good, cleanness, breakfast. The only point I pay attention is the bathroom, where to open the door is a small space between the toilet and the entrance. If it could have closets to keep the clothes inside would be awesome too.

It was a business travel and I think it was not the proper one hotel for this kind of travel

Hotel was very nice. It was really clean and in a beautiful location. Very nice area and felt safe walking the streets at night there. Curitiba is such a clean city, it was every bit as clean as it was 35 years ago when I was there last. Beautiful city and hotel. Would stay there every time I go to Curitiba. Highly recommend this hotel.

Tudo Ok. As fotos são diferentes da realidade. A limpeza estava Ok. O café da manhã bem fraco, atendimento da recepção péssima, recepcionista ficou xingando um hospede depois que ele saiu.

No geral, a estadia foi boa. Funcionários gentis e atenciosos.

O check-in poderia ser melhor. Além disso, solicitei a possibilidade de liberação de um quarto antes do horário do check-in e a equipe não se propôs a avisar caso liberasse algum. Quando liguei para perguntar, disseram que eu deveria ter ficado na recepção esperando.

Café da manhã fraquíssimo, no valor da estadia, deveria entregar mais.

Porta do banheiro não fecha completamente e café da manhã razoável.

Equipe de funcionários muito educada e prestativa. Café da manhã com boa quantidade de opções e alimentos saborosos. Quanto com higiene OK e bela visão da cidade.

Pontos fortes: limpeza e instalações confortáveis e bom atendimento. Pontos fracos: pouca variedade e preparo do cafe da manhã.
