The room had a horrible smell of cleaning product The bedsheets smelled dirty The hotel was very noisy because the guests which arrived around 2am. The hotel is very outdated. The buffet for breakfast was not good enough. I stayed at this same hotel about 6 years ago, but this new experience in 2022 was very disappointing

The food service was awesome and the staff was all friendly and nice to understand me even with my limited knowledge of the language, Portuguese. I would ask for a initial tour of the room; how the lighting works and how to signal the cleaning crew “ not do your room that day “

Hotel is located in Batel neighborhood, really well situated between bars, shoppings, restaurants. About the room, the service is very good, cleanness, breakfast. The only point I pay attention is the bathroom, where to open the door is a small space between the toilet and the entrance. If it could have closets to keep the clothes inside would be awesome too.

It was a business travel and I think it was not the proper one hotel for this kind of travel

Hotel was very nice. It was really clean and in a beautiful location. Very nice area and felt safe walking the streets at night there. Curitiba is such a clean city, it was every bit as clean as it was 35 years ago when I was there last. Beautiful city and hotel. Would stay there every time I go to Curitiba. Highly recommend this hotel.

Controle do ar condicionado fixo dificulta o acesso e desligamento, janelas não abriam adequadamente. Não emitiram nota fiscal, falaram que era com a Hotéis.com, mas não recibi

Localização boa, próximo de bons restaurantes

O Hotel já foi melhor em outras ocasiões. O Hotel não tem gerador e pela 3ª vez que fico hospedada e falta energia e demora retornar. Isso compromete não só o café da manhã, mas subir e descer de escadas com as malas do 8 andar, não é fácil. Já que falta tanta energia, por que não investir num gerador?

Quarto limpo, bom tamanho, funcional, sem luxo. Equipe simpática e atenciosa. Café de boa qualidade tipo buffet.

Controle do ar condicionado fica preso na parede, para desligar tem que levantar da cama. Luz do banheiro piscando o tempo todo. Ralo da pia entupido.

Gostei bastante da estadia, os funcionários são gentis e bem preparados, oferecendo um bom atendimento. Bem localizado, fica bem próximo ao shopping e 10 min caminhando até a praça do Japão.
