This was a very nice hotel with a good restaurant. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the night.

Excellent location with may food and attraction options. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Windows would not latch properly. The windows were rattling on windy days.

Everything is fine, except that parking is hard to find on weekends and if you find one it is very tight.

Check in took a long time due to only having one receptionist. Need to improve on having a list of all guest regardless of what platform they used to make their reservation. Staff were very pleasant n efficient. Some of the rooms were noisy.

Everithing was good

Room 314 does not face the City, but faces the hotel's mechanical system. There was unit that turns on every 10 to 15 mins making loud banging noises.

Great location and staff. Needs some upgrades on how it looks. Technology. WiFi in rooms is bad. Windows in rooms facing Main Street need an upgrade on look and noise cancellation. Safety too. Overall it’s a great place. Great downtown location. Great staff. Cleanness is great. But outdated look makes it look dirty.

Excelente placer to stay, just add something, transport from and to the airport and a little fridge in the room

The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. It does say laundry services available, however, it is not on site and takes 24 hrs. Breakfast was amazing there. Its right in the city center so it was easy to walk from place to place. Lots of shopping and food places available nearby.

Good area, traffic is a little crazy, good value, staff was good except when I tried to check in all the trainees kept saying I couldn’t check in before 3 pm, went and got lunch came back and got a room at 1:30 so that was a relief
