If I could 0 stars I would , around 7:30 pm I went to the fest and requested a wake up call @ 1:45 am , I was going from Teresopolis to the airport by taxi @ 2:30 am, no wake up call was made, I woke up just by fluke at 2:20 , rushed downstairs at the moment I got to the desk no one was there, to do my check out, the taxi waiting outside, the front electric door totally locked, and a sign at the desk “ please wait I’ll be back soon” I figured out no one was coming I remembered there was an exit by the garage, tye main door was closed but on it I figured out there was a little door, that happened to be open my luck, I run to the cab and left . This incident totally ruined my stay at this place , I definitely will not go back to intercity Teresopolis, total lack of respect and responsibility!!

The staff is very kind and helpful at all shifts. The breakfast is outstanding delicious with large variety of choices. Furthermore, the restaurant service is great and impeccable. However,It is very hard to make international calls from your room, mainly when have no other options.

Quarto muito bom, tudo funcionando! Cafe da manhã só vai decaindo com o passar dos anos! Mas ainda é bom! Desta vez não havia travesseiro extra no armario e ao solicitar a recepção disseram não haver disponibilidade. Estacionamento no próprio prédio, 40 reias por dia

Hotel bem localizado. O quarto estava limpo e cheiroso. O café da manhã era bem servido, ckm vários tipos de frutas, iogurtes, pães, bolos. A equipe muito educada e prestativa. O único ponto ruim é a janela do quarto, que é muito pequena, e não abre totalmente.

Estava tudo ótimo, de acordo com o anúncio. Quarto limpo, bom café da manhã, boa localização. O hotel está bem novo. O único comentário negativo é quanto ao estacionamento que no anúncio deu a entender que estava incluído, mas quando chegamos lá estava lotado. Não foi um grande problema pois conseguimos vaga na rua.

hotel bem localizado, boas instalações quarto e banheiro amplos e café da manhã com todos os itens tradicionais de um café da manhã e com reposição. possui 2 elevadores pequenos que como o hotel não estava cheio atenderam normalmente. a garagem que possui no hotel é terceirizada pagando a diária do carro a parte o que pode aumentar o custo da hospedagem mas dá pra estacionar em ruas próximas sem cobrança de rotativo.

A hospedagem foi muito boa, ótima escolha para curtir sua viagem.

Quarto bom, porém precisa de manutenção, porta da varanda emperrada e com os vidros quebrados. Funcionários maravilhosos, porém o hotel está com deficiência de funcionários. Café da manhã desta vez muito fraco. Ar condicionado bom.
