I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Istanbul. Normally some hotels go down after success. This hotel keeps improving every time we visit it.

The whole staff and team was so kind and accommodating, breakfast was great. I had a concern with the sheets being dirty and was displeased but once I told the front desk the manager and the cleaner made sure the room was spotless. Thank you

The whole stay experience was wonderful. They all folowed thru with my request, from how to use the air control because of the language on the thermistate to being excellant hostess at check in and out, pus very nice atmosfere and availability for the breakfast buffet. My second time to stay at this location. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located outside the typical tourist areas, less convenient for sightseeing. The lobby and restaurant are pleasant, and the breakfast was quite good. However, the room itself had several issues: the bathroom showed signs of black mold, the water pressure in the bidet was weak, and the carpet clearly needed a deep cleaning. The room size was also small. Unfortunately, the room didn’t live up to expectations for the price I paid $172.

This hotel is the best one in Istanbul, everything is so close and easily accessible plus the staff are super friendly and always welcome along with greet every single guest

it was a great stay. recommended for women who do solo trip. however it's more in a residential area, not a tourstic one.

We had a flight cancellation and Expedia agreed to cancel our booking but the hotel didn’t agreed to cancel although our flight cancellation was out of our control! Very bad service and we paid without using the hotel! Avoid at all costs
