Great location , friendly staff and room was clean will be back again

Simple room but clean, nice staff and also the best priced I could find. Not a large room like the major chains but, I’m here to sleep and it’s a good deal

My partner and I went to our first room and it already wasn’t according to the photos. This was room 228 (the castle room) and I got it for a “supposedly” romantic stay with my partner. The only shower was in the jacuzzi and that wasn’t safe at all as my boyfriend slipped and hurt his wrist. As well the water was leaking all over the place for the “shower”. We then requested to change rooms (room 227 the room next to us) and within the first hour we found 3 cockroaches scattering on the walls. Staff also charged us $40 for the room change and did nothing nor care about it the roaches in the room. Don’t stay here

Parking was good. An older motel facility, but great for a quick place to stay.

The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean. No issues or problems at all during my stay.

Super 5 Inn denied a Guest a room even with fully paid Expedia Reservation - unacceptable. Then, impossible to get a Refund

Great last minute room rate. Easy access to downtown and west end of Toronto. The room was clean. The bathroom was very clean. A few more towels would have been nice. Overall, good value for your dollar.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your property on 10/11/2025 Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned when we arrived — it did not meet the cleanliness standards we expected. Additionally, we noticed that basic amenities such as shampoo were missing, which made our stay less comfortable.
