Passagem curta,porém muito acolhedora, staff muito profissional e simpaticos, voltarei sempre

O hotel está em uma região central, mas não fica no centrão da cidade. Ficamos bem acomodados. O atendimento na recepção foi bom. A diária do estacionamento é paga a parte da diária, mas foi um valor honesto. Só as cobertas, que, estavam guardadas no armário e senti um pouco de poeira nelas (acabou manifestando minha rinite). Mas o quarto era espaçoso e estava bem limpo. O café da manhã bem satisfatório. Entregou um ótimo custo-benefício.

bom custo benefício, bem localizado, staff prestativo, bom café da amanhã porém sem sucos naturais. Como trabalho próximo ao hotel foi muito conveniente para mim. Recomendo e voltarei a me hospedar

Worth it for the price but rather dirty

Estadia foi boa.

O quarto não condizia com as fotos. Três dias hospedado e não limparam o quarto nenhuma vez. Vazamento no banheiro, colocaram uma toalha pra absorver o excesso de água. Não indico e não voltarei.

Hospedagem segura e prática no centro de São Paulo. Café da manhã apenas razoável e atendimento prestativo do pessoal da recepção. Ótima localização. Limpeza de quarto e troca de toalhas feitas diariamente. Bom custo-benefício.

Recepção funcionários nem ai para o uso de máscaras as senhoras da cozinha estão de parabéns em todo momento elas estavam usando máscaras limpeza deixa muito a desejar a moça da limpeza falou que ia fazer a limpeza do quarto enquanto eu estava fazendo um passeio pela cidade quando cheguei quarto estava da mesma maneira sujo.

Acomodações simples em um prédio antigo do centro de São Paulo. O atendimento é bom, mas a localização é um pouco perigosa. De qualquer forma. atende bem ao propósito de se ter um lugar para dormir.

Just fine

Excellent location, friendly and accommodating staff,and great breakfast option. Large supermarket around the corner. Only negative is that wifi is restricted to reception area. Will use again if I visit SP.

The hotel provides good value for the money in very expensive Sao Paulo. Located close to Plaza Republica and its subway line, the hotel could use a little updating, but all in all an excellent budget choice. Did not really have English-speaking staff as listing states except for one gentleman who worked nights, but staff tried to be helpful nonetheless. Big breakfast offering and strong wifi. Would recommend without hesitation.

Place was easy to find. The staff was great and wifi was excellent!

I had picked the hotel as part of a bundle and paid for one person, at arrival I paid extra be assure there was two of us, yet we didn't get a bigger room or a second towel or extra soap. Not sure what I paid for at the hotel. I stayed there one night so it didn't matter but won't recommend it for a long stay

The room Small the bed was hard the bathroom was very small, and not hot water. the only real thing was the staff was really friendly abd thier breakfast was great.

This hotel is located in an area that appears to be a little on the 'rough' side. The building and its features are fairly dated and could use updating/freshening-up/maintenance. There is a restaurant immediately in front of the hotel which does make it convenient for meals. The hotel was competitively priced at time of booking but having stayed there, I think I would have paid more to be in a better area and in a slightly more up-to-date hotel. Not all staff spoke English, but they were all very pleasant and helpful on all accounts. One gentleman did speak English and he, like his colleagues, was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. The staff is this hotel's top feature and they receive top marks from me.

Wonderful budget hotel near Praca de Republica. Easy walk to metro and surrounding tourist sites, including the tourist office and free city tour. I loved the delicious buffet breakfast each morning with lots of fresh fruit and great selection. Desk staff very friendly even though I couldn't speak portuguese.
