I mean it's a dorm so not a hotel but for the price worth it. Only thing is if someone is staying across the hall from you and they're talking in their living room it's super easy to hear. Also there are TVs but make sure to bring a laptop with an HDMI cable to plug into if you want to watch anything as there is no cable but free internet

Reasonably priced

for the price, 2br with a kitchen is excellent value. went during the summer, was quiet so not sure if different during school semester.

I found the place to be ok and very reasonable price however our bedsheets were stained one bed’s pillows were smelly and the floor wasn’t clean. Thank though for offering a lower price because any hotel room in Canada is so expensive

The room was clean and it also had a kitchen. It was great value for our money. There were also two beds. Please just include forks and spoons next time as well, in case some of the guests need cutlery. Thank you so much Jessica

I hadn't considered staying in a College Residence, but it was GREAT value! It was easy to check in with friendly Front Desk Staff (24 hours). The suite was extremely spacious, the shower surround nice and clean! (No bath) And it was SO close to the Royal Victoria Hospital where I was visiting. It was also very easy to get downtown from this location! I used the fridge, but didn't use the kitchen. You would have to inquire about utensils, pots and pans, etc. for longer stays.

We stayed here for one night during a baseball tournament, and it met our needs.The staff was friendly and welcoming.You get what you pay for, and for us, it was exactly what it was. The décor is a bit outdated and nothing fancy, but the place was clean and functional. Towels and basic toiletries were provided, which was appreciated.We had two separated bedroom with their own furniture and closets. The kitchen was useful, although there were no utensils, pots, or pans included. The location is very convenient, especially if you're visiting the hospital next door. There's also a shopping plaza about a 4-minute drive away with Zehrs, McDonald's, and other stores. Cleanliness was reasonable. I always check the sheets when I arrive, and they were clean. Nothing raised any concerns for me. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a short stay and not expecting luxury or lots of amenities. It fulfilled our needs, so we're happy to give it 5 stars.

If you’re just looking for a budget friendly place to sleep this place is exactly that. Nice little kitchenette with dining area and full size fridge. Having 2 rooms was nice also. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area. The downsides were that the a/c didn’t work and there was a tv in each room but no cable or streaming device.

Clean room. Air conditioning. Very good wifi. Very basic room( student residence). No TV.

I was an easy to get in place. I had lost my id but had a copy on the phone. She excepted it with respect for a senior

The rooms were clean, the staff was excellent, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the pricing was great! Traveling on a budget, cannot be beat. Would highly recommend it! The only thing missing was the morning coffee!! :-)

Adequate student accommodations for a short stay. Needs to have better instructions on where to find it on campus.

We stayed here last weekend. I was really really impressed with our stay. The staff was really friendly and made us feel welcome. And the room was really really really clean. We are we are coming back to Barrie in August and will be looking at booking residence during our two days day in August. Crystal

Everything was great. The check in lady took good care me.

The first room we were given had not been cleaned. We got moved to a second room, which was fine. The location was perfect for what we needed.
