Value for money. If you stay with your family, this is the place to stay in HK. Walking distance to Sham Shui Po MTR. We stayed in the family room. It was room 501. The room looks like a 1-bed apartment. The main hall has a big bed with two night stands, a big size cabinet, dressing table with mirror, TV, and two soft chairs. Moving on to the attached room, there are two single beds with a night stand, dressing table with mirror, cabinet, and two soft chairs. The bathroom is big considering this is HK. Things that could be improved: 1. NO BIDET. We need a bidet, we are in Asia, we wash our ass with water, not paper, lol. 2. Housekeeping. Although, they will clear your rubbish bins and vacuum the room every day, you need to pay if you want to have a full housekeeping service every day. Full housekeeping service will only be given every three days.

No fast check-in time. Must wait until 4 pm The deposit is quite a lot for 3 days, almost 1 million. At check-out the city is required to bring bed linen, budget cases, fellows cases to the bottom, for 3 days the rooms are not cleaned and not trimmed, only the trash is taken. Maybe it's like that hotel in Hong Kong. If the room is really spacious, the Hong Kong standard is even wider than the rooms in Singapore, but for the service, please.

The room is spacious, clean, and the bathroom is good. The water flows well, the water is warm, the hotel is lovely. Can borrow the plug. The staff are very helpful. The location is not far from the Sham Shui Po train station. Like it. The place is not crowded. If going further, will stay here as before.

We had a great stay in Mei Ho. The room was very spacious compare to most rooms I am Hong Kong. It was a very unique Hostel and charming. It has its own museum, about the history of the place and it even has a UNESCO Heritage recognition which is really cool. There is also this hiking area just where you can go up and see the landscape which is really good exercise in the morning, you can bring food and eat your breakfast there. It's also open a night where you can see the city lights.. The hostel itself is not just a room to sleep on. There's a lot to do and will definitely recommend to my friends. 👌👍👍

An attractive hotel because of its interesting history, the hotel for its family is comfortable and clean, the staff on the front desk are ok, the location is quite strategic because across the street are many restaurants, heading to the MTR is a little far for those who bring children.

The room clean and big, near market, have restaurant until last night on the market. Fun to stay here.

My family and husband and wife with 1 small child aged 5 and 1 baby sitter, so with 3 large luggage and 1 medium luggage, they needed a hotel that was partially arranged. I ordered room 3 beds (3 single beds). The room space is spacious for the size of rooms in Hong Kong and is clean (most of all), the bathroom is clean and the hotel environment is clean. Can the breakfast be okay also with 3 choices of western, noodle and lo mai gai (typical Hong Kong food). To shopping centers not far only 2 stations to Mongkok. The distance from the hotel to the station is about 5-7 minutes. Near the hotel there are also markets with traditional snacks. Very recommended.

I really recommend all of you choose yha mei ho for your trip in hong kong, you have to walk around 5min from mtr sham tsui po station, not a long distance but the price is very affordable and the room provide from them is big than other hotel in hong kong. Room is tidy and comfortable.

Very good experience,this is my first time stayed in youth hostel ,fantastic! Very clean and very convenient facility,the security is good and value for money. This place near to mtr station and surrounding by nice foods. Definitely will stay again when I go Hong Kong !

The hotel is nice and the staffs speak english fluently. Very helpful. Also, the place is very clean unlike many other hostels in Hong Kong.

the room is beautiful and location is good enough but despite the price of the room. basic needs are not available instead we need to buy our own slippers and toothpaste 😢 that should be included. disappointing

The accommodation is very clean. It is a 4-bed male dormitory with connect to each other. There is a lot of breakfast and plenty of food to eat around. Very good service staff Want to go back to stay again

We booked two Twin Beds and one Double bed room. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, big and spacious! Rooms are basics without any amenities such as toothbrush, slippers and such but nothing to complain with the awesome price! It does come with 4 alternative choices of breakfast! It's about 7 min walk from Sham Shui Po MTR stop and 10 min walk from Shek Kip Mei MTR stop. Highly recommended and will be back next time! When you check out, you do have to help them remove the duvet cover, pillow cover, bed sheets, remote control and bring them to the checkout counter! House keeping is only every 3 days. The staff are super helpful and efficient! Keep it up!

A decent place to stay in Hong kong. Large bedroom compared to other accommodations . Very recommended!
