A wonderful place to stay, clean and nice services, very recommended

Convenient location. Local Restaurant attached had pretty good food and prices. Room was a littles small, AC unit barely kept up on a hot day.

On the positive side, great staff, great breakfast, comfortable bed, safe parking. Unfortunately, some cockroaches in the bathroom, and the bedroom is really tiny. Some good restaurants in proximity, but city center is a 15-20 minutes' walk away. Still a reasonable option for one or two nights.

Room was not ready till 13.40 :( noisy all night :) good breakfast :) kind stuff :)

Pleasant staff. Modest accommodations, but exactly what we needed for our time there. Would go back again for sure.

For a place to stay, this was fine. It is not fancy and the accomodations are very basic. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The woman who works for the tour company located in the lobby area is a bit pushy and does not really listen to what you are looking for so I would make your own arrangements. The pool area and outdoor seating area is quaint; the gentleman cooking there is nice but the food is only okay.

Hotel looks like new after renovations. Both part with swimming pool. Staff very helpful. I recommend this hotel to everybody.

Simple rooms, but impeccably clean. Desk staff were wonderfully helpful and spoke good English. They can provide transportation to and from the various attractions. Breakfast had a nice selection and the attached Italian restaurant was yummy.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very helpful in providing transportation to and from the falls on both the Brazilian side as well as the Argentina side.

Small and cozy. Not luxurious but clean, and comfortable. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Accessible to public transportation which we used to get to the falls. We enjoyed our stay.

The best part of this Pousada is the staff and breakfast. The staff all spoke brilliant English which was really helpful for us. They also have a tour deal to help with any excursions you would like to do. The breakfast was great with a large variety of bread, cakes, cold meat, cheeses and fruit. The location was really good as it was only a couple of minutes walk from the bus stop which takes you to the Airport and Iguazu Falls (Brazil side) in one direction and the main bus station in the other direction, just catch bus 120. Our room was ok but could do with some renovation. The aircom made such a notice that it was u usable. The door between the bedroom and bathroom had come of its bottom roller and despite having a massive TV there was barely Andy reception on it so it was pretty much useless. These were only minor issues which I am sure the hotel will sort out in due course and I would still recommend it as a good budget option.

This is a good hotel for our purpose; to go the the falls. We got a taxi from the airport but it's not necessary. The 120 bus picks up and drops near the hotel which is called CHARM hotel, Pousada Caroline is in small writing. We got the bus back for $R3.20 each, taxi there $R42. The room is plenty big enough, as is the bathroom. There's no where to hang out washed 'smells' though although they do have a laundry. This is so expensive; don't use. Breakfast - ok buffet as expected. Swimming pool - dirty and couldn't swim in. The area around the pool is ok though so sunbathing is possible and there's a small pool table too. There's a little cafe type restaurant attached which looks ok and we had beer there. We used another over the road which was very good. It's easy to walk into the town from here too and not far.

The Hotel is a cheap and cheerful place in which the rooms are very clean. The set up is a bit noisy and breakfast was entirely adequate . It was a good place for a base to go and see Iguacu Falls, and the Charm Buffet food was honest and tasty and very reasonable. the kitchen staff were very helpful. But the star goes to Allison who is the tour organiser and master fixer in residence for whom nothing was too much trouble. His performance rated 5 stars and he made the holiday so much more enjoyable with his kind courteous and prompt efficiency.

Minha estadia foi razoável, a pousada é num lugar calmo, bom atendimento a senhora que cuida do café da manhã bem atenciosa, lugar limpo, café da manhã bom, a única coisa que não gostei e bem mais importante foi o quarto, era minúsculo, cama não era boa os travesseiros muito ruim. O banheiro mal cabia uma pessoa.

Pousada simples, bom café da manhã, tem uma pequena loja de conveniência que ajuda muito.

Atendimento bacana, prestativo, super ágil, camas boas.
