I can rate this hotel only 4-star. The hotel room and facilities are good but there is no service mind from the staff. No attention to the inquiry of the customer. They can’t speak English well. The room maintenance is needed to improve. It is not worth to pay around 7000-8000 TWD/night for this room.

Love love love my stay here. The service was impeccable. The in room hot spring is my favorite. I came during summer and typhoon season so staying inside the hotel was just perfect.
