It was nice that the clerk called us to affirm we were coming. That made me feel cared-for. It's really easy to find the motel and fast-food options are nearby.

Check in was easy.

I had not much expectations for I booked a really budget night. However, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Ample room. Clean and neat. Same with the bathroom. Firm, comfortable bed (I actually overslept, on there). Highly recommended, unless you are not looking for a luxury. accommodation.

Courteous and professional staff, clean room, adequate shower… but meager breakfast - it only consisted of cereal, muffins, and some fruit.

The bed was uncomfortable sunk in a lot when you laid on it

Staff very friendly and helpful. Located right on the main road and lots of big truck traffic and noise, which obviously they could do nothing about. Will stay again.

For what its worth, its an ok place for a rest but not for an extended stay.

The room assigned had an odor. Requested another room. That room was a little better.

Well, I moved from out of state and had been driving a moving truck trailering a car for 8 hours that day. My reservation had been made a week in advance. I got there about 1030p and was told they didn't have my reservation and only 1 room left that someone else rented that day. Showed the printed confirmation, still nothing. She called her manager and asked what to do and I was told there same thing, take it up with hotels.com. called the lady who booked that day to see if she was coming and yes, so no room for me. I was livid. Had to get back on the road and find elsewhere. In that town, there's 3 options and 1 doesn't allow pets, so I had to go pay more at the other place. I was so tired when I finally got in my room, I ate a little, zonked out til am, got back on road to my new home. I called hotels.com and explained all this and was told they would investigate and allow 3 business days. 2 days and I got email that this property wasn't willing to do anything for me due to their policies. Well guess what? I'll go with any other booking agency other than you in the future. I won't be left room less again.

Linens were clean, carpet was old and warm down. Walls were old, dirty

The hotel is conveniently located right on the highway with that convenience you are likely to have road noise. The room is large and spacious. Unfortunately the room was not preconditioned (AC not turned on) so upon arrival after dinner the room was stifling and took a good 4 hours to cool down enough to contemplate sleep. Upon realizing the room had not been conditioned and asking the front desk if they had a room that was, he apologized and stated that they were very busy unfortunately my reservation was made a week prior to arrival not the day of where that statement could be valid.

It's a no frills hotel for sure but it was clean and the staff was really nice.

Too many things happened. There were bed bugs, roaches , broken toilet. And poor attitude and service from the manager.

Upon arrival room wasn’t clean and has a smell. Used bath soap was behind bathroom door. Spoke with owner and he assure me it will get clean. Return after night out and room was still the same from 11am that day. Owner and I had a conversation and owner called cops on me and forces me to cancel my stay for the night. DO NOT STAY Not clean not safe.
