We couldn't stay the night, the carpet was nasty, telephone was nasty-missing numbers. Room smelled liked pee. Pictures online, looked nothing like the room.

The still was comfortable

learned after checking into room this hotel was consider a star 2/3. Definitely not a 4 or 5 star. I was extremely disappointed and refuse to sleep there. Call expedia and agent help to cancel and rebook at another location

I like the overall appearance of the hotel, places to eat were in walking distance.

Close enough to casinos and beaches. Staff very nice, helpful, efficient!

Came for doctors appointments. Always nice with exception of road construction right in front of hotel driveway. Will be better next time.

Very unclean room. Not at all what I expected from the pictures

Staff was helpful but short staffed i guess. Housekeeping lied and and said we turned down service when they stoppedby. When we called right at 8am before we left for a graduation to have the room cleaned. The story goes we refused between 9am and 130pm. We were not at the hotel during that time.

Great stay! Comfortable bed, room was clean, although the elevator smelled a bit musty.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Gulfport location. .

Everything was very good

Our @suite” had numerous repair issues- paint splatters, peeling ceiling (water damage?), missing trim on desk and dresser, musty smell, very stained carpet. Linens are of nice quality.

We like the bed very well

I like the property. I wish it was a bit more updated as well as a new microwave needed for that room.

Hotel has no humidifier so everything was damp and smelled like mildew. Our room smelled awful. Tub was broken. TV kept freezing. Will not stay again.

It’s a great place to stay.

The rooms need to be updated -- very worn.
