Amazing property!!

Beautiful location, extremely peaceful and quiet and very close to nature plus with outstanding views of the town of Metsovo across the valley. The room was large and well maintained, with a lovely private verandah with views over the valley. Breakfast was an excellent buffet spread with a good range of freshly squeezed juices, local foods and international options. The yoghurt, local honey and nuts were terrific. The infinity pool was a delight after hot days out hiking or walking around.

- The initial room was smelling bad. Lucky us they moved to another room after our complaint - King size bed is definitely not king size. My friend couldn't fit it in the bed. - I forgot some stuff at the hotel and I called them to arrange to be sent to me. They promised to call me back and I had to call back from Monday on again and telling me that they will send it asap. When I didn't hear from them on Friday I called back to inform me what's the status and they promised to communicate via email the tracking code and the amount i should pay for the delivery. They didn't communicate anything. I would expect this service from a 2-3 stars hotel, but 5 absolutely not.

Beautiful Hotel. Nice view. Very good food. Maybe a little small wine collection but still have good wines.

Great location over looking Metsovo , our room had a great view of the village . The breakfast was very good . The kids could not enjoy the indoor pool due to restrictions . Can improve stuff service lever especially for a five star hotel.

Everything from the check-in, to the staff, to the room and service at this location is exceptionally amazing! The cleanliness of the room and the local soaps and products were a real treat, the only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was leaving!

A hidden gem in the mountains. This hotel is beautiful. The hotel restaurant was a culinary delight. The views of the mountains are wonderful. Will definitely be back.

A modern great cozy Hotel! With excellent service, Good breakfast and wonderfull view. The access road from Metsovo is a little problematic and dark for driving by night, and takes about 20 minutes. But when we finally arrived we were fascinated by the sight and forgot the way... 😉

Very quiet location (hotek is the only building within 3 km)with picturesque view(especially in winter).Staff is very helpful and friendly.Quick check in/out.Breakfast is ok.Generally,i recommend.

This hotel is great - spa is good not amazing - spa bathroom was a bit messy the time I was there.

Great hotel .Why supply a kettle but no cups tea coffee ect ? . There was heavy snow over night but the road was cleared quickly to get to the motorway. Would definitely stay again .

The location is really baeutiful and the hotel is excellent
