Put on your hiking shoes for parking, check-in, restaurants. Not great for someone with foot issues. Room was clean, modern, small, basic. All areas smell like cig smoke from the casino. If you stay at casinos you probably know what to expect.

Bepp checked us in super fast. I gave us a full rundown on all the fun options at the resort. The place was super fun! Lots to see and do. Live music everywhere.

Went to show at night had a great time was able to come back park the car and just enjoy ourselves at the casino a drink and back to the room without no problem had a great time this investigativteam

Comfortable and clean!

The hotel is average at best. Not a good value so you would be better off to stay at a Hilton. Cleaner, better service and less money. Watch out! If you check out a little late they will charge you an additional $55.00 late fee plus Resort fee of $15.00 which is a joke considering the amenities. Stay Away. Just go there to gamble.

Variety of restaurants on the property but some were only open on weekends and had limited hours. No room service and extremely limited front desk services. No one to help with baggage. Parking is quite a distance from hotel and is uphill (not at ground level). No microwave in room. Very limited toiletries provided in room. Difficult to figure out how to get room serviced or request privacy. As a result my room was never serviced. Added “resort fee” was ridiculous considering the limited services. Would not consider this property a resort.

I always have a lot of fun here. The hotel, casino, restaurants, and live entertainment under the same roof guarantees a great time for adults!

Don’t like the smoke in the casino!

I was pleased with the cleanliness of rooms. The banquet service was good. The meal was delicious. The parking free and convenient. overall very impressed.

Wrong from check-in. Reserved a room at least a month in advance. Ended up being placed in a handicap accessible room. The bathroom smelled so bad. Bathroom floor was old and dirty looking and the entire bathroom had a strong mold/mildew odor. Strong stale smell in the room that stayed in my hair and clothes until we showered and did laundry once we got home. Will never stay here again.

There are a lot of parking lots, but there were stairs in the parking lot, so it was difficult to carry luggage.

Stayed after a work gathering. Nice to not have to worry about going out into the casino, having a couple drinks, and feel safe.

Our stay was fine but the bed was terrible. Very soft with a big ditch in the middle. We kept rolling towards each other in the middle!
