Nice, simple property. Only wish we had a refrigerator in the room.

We enjoyed the property. The pool and swim up were great. The rooms were clean and we had warm showers. The service at the restaurant was slow. We liked the location and the island its self if very walkable. We weren't able to get a refund for the one night we missed due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delayed). The staff were helpful but a HUGE shoutout to Brian and Henry. They both were amazing and really are the ones who made our stay memorable! Not only did Henry help plan our activities in Caye Caulker but helped us out for our trip to South Belize!

Room had no fridge, or water provided. Pool was beautiful and enjoyed the location

The property is beautiful, pool, ocean view, bar and restaurant and staff 10/10. However the room is a 2/10. It smelled horrible loud banging noises ALL night bed is not comfortable at all. Our door had a huge gap under it and bugs filled our room. The cabins need a serious update.

I had a great stay at Tropical Paradise Hotel. It’s in a great location. The entire island is walkable so it’s easy to get around from the hotel. It’s also in a quiet area. The room was great for what I needed. A/C worked great and it was clean. The staff is awesome, especially Henry. He helped me with everything I needed and had great recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

This was good value for the money, close to the ferry, very safe, clean, wifi worked, on the water, pool was nice. It was a little noisy had a spring break feel outside of the property - but that's what I would expect since we went during spring break - the north side of the caye caulker is more quite. This is walking distance to restarants, stores and the dive center. Friendly staff.

Cute, quaint resort on the beachfront in Caye Caulker... walkable from the ferry terminal... and close enough to all the action, but at the "end of the strip" to be quiet enough.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Henry was great at guest services.i feel the rooms could have been much nicer with new bedding and better pillows. The sheets were brown and the quilt I used was thin and worn. Some bright white sheets and a colourful quilt would make a word of difference. Location was great and overall we had a lovely holiday.

Pool area was the highlight. Rooms were very basic. Great location on the windward side of the island.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Loved the pool area and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. You can rent bikes and book excursions that leave from the dock in front of the hotel. Hotel is quick walk to all entertainment and restaurants. Would gladly stay here again

I was a bit disappointed with Tropical Paradise this time. The exterior is in great condition but the rooms need upgraded. We were there for 5 days. Didn’t have hot water for 2 days, our ceiling fan didn’t work and the lights above the beds are old and not working. The pool, bar and restaurant were great.

The manger Ramon has poor customer service. The hotel over sold and double booked their rooms. We were not notified. The property looks nothing like the pictures. It is old and run down. I do not recommend at all for any reason. There are too many other great places on the island.

very quiet at night, the Dock is just amazing, the pool looks really good at night.

The rooms were alright, property very clean, and amenities were well maintained. My main issue is they will not let you bring guests into property which was never stated upon booking or check in, and as I was visiting a friend I would have chosen to stay elsewhere.

Right on the beach and we had our own little hut right by the pool. It was perfect and we loved it. AC in the room, coffee maker, full bathroom, fridge and microwave. Our towels were made into swans in a heart shape when we got there too. Staff was so friendly and helpful.
