At 1st my room wasn't cleaned. But I told the front desk and they upgraded my room free of charge and validate my parking. So I can't complain

I loved how close to key bank center and the naval park the proery was located

My only grievance is the microwaved breakfast that costs $44

Room was clean however there was a show going on at the KeyBank arena literally right down the street, where event goers were parking it the hotel lot. Staff did nothing about these parkers, making it impossible for us to park our car. We paid $18 a night to park and couldn't even get a spot at 5pm. Not happy about this at all.

Loved the0 restaurant in the building. Pool is amazing. Ver0y clean.

Staff was so helpful when we had issues with our TV. They upgraded our room which was lovely but not necessary.

This hotel never disappoints..I was in for Kelsea Ballerini and the Bandits game. The location is great- just a couple blocks from the arena. The staff is always so welcoming and helpful. And I love the rooms there. Cozy and very clean.

Everyone was really kind and the room was clean, and very comfortable. Some of the girls used the gym and hot tub and had a nice time.
