Paint chips falling from ceiling, walls, torn curtains. Landscape company was weed whacking hitting multiple vehicles along with myself with debris from parking lot. Pet friendly but nowhere to bring your dog to go to the bathroom. Sprayed chemicals on sidewalks and around parking lot that is not pet safe (yes I asked if it was)

Checked into Motel 6 in Portsmouth New Hampshire, was given electronic key and proceeded to room. Open the door with key and the room was a mess with luggage all over the place beds undone and I believe people in the bathroom. I immediately closed the door and went downstairs to complain. Very shook up as I could’ve gotten shot by intruding. Hotel needs major revamp as obviously their room reservation. Cleanliness system does not work. I am considering what legal options I have as this was very upsetting and ruined my night and stay that evening and I’m still suffering PSD from this as I could’ve been shot if a person had a gun in the occupied room.

Not bad for what it was! Don’t expect luxery. Was cleaner than some stays on this vacation where I spent more.

Our a/c did not work, but it was nice enough to have the window open, so we didnt complain. Water pressure wasn't great...shower took twice as long though. And toilet clogged after first number 2, so we had maintenance there. They did arrive within 20 minutes. So no complaints with that. Neighbors were noisy, but that is hotel life. We enjoyed the area, but would not go out at night!

The area was a bit questionable, people outside drunk with foul language, traveling with small child. Front desk person a bit rude. Drain in sink was down with no knob to lift. If you forget toiletries you have to buy them. Beds were ok, tub was great

The air conditioning was not working

I am a review enthusiast. There is no way this motel has honest reviews. The rooms were dirty, there were dead bugs in various locations and the location is definitely not in an ideal location for a family. Also the pool is located outside but has not been kept up with so it closed.

Our room smelled like cigarettes, smoke detector was not attached and hanging by a wire from the ceiling, stains on the walls. Tv remote was covered in something gross. Would not recommend

Always comfortable and pleasant. Room was exceptional clean.

During our 2 night stay the police was there at least 3x times, the buttons on the elevator were punched in and was unusable, toilet leaked and the floor in the bathroom was buckled. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Clean comfortable room. I was very relaxed and enjoyed myself. Plenty to do in the surrounding area.

The room was clean but unfortunately I swapped rooms twice and they both smelt strong of cigarette smoked. When I asked the front desk, they said all the rooms are going to be the same as it comes through the vents from other rooms even though the hotel is non smoking. I also had an incident where housekeeping walked in while I was taking a shower and proceeded into the room, somehow not hearing the shower. I had to call out to them and let them know I was showering and I didn't need housekeeping right then.

It was very clean the staff was very nice and helpful and kind and definitely would come back there again ..
