We’re in our check out day, we’re supposed to check out at 11am but because we eat outside so we came back to our room at past 11am, so we ask one of the staff, a gay staff at the reception if it’s possible to check out 12pm then we will pay for the extra hour, he suddenly yell of my friend, so what I did I talk to that gay if kindly give us sometime because we need to pack our things, but he responded yelling and telling us to leave, we ask him again if it’s possible to take few minutes because one of my friend is taking shower, and again he says “no you should leave now” he is very impolite staff, and this not suppose how to treat your customers, and also no WiFi in our room, very disappointed.

The area is clean and shady. The room is clean. Bathrooms and toilets should be improved separately, including the TV with too few channels. Overall considered good.
