เหมือนโรงแรมผีสิงเลยครับ ไม่มีคนดูแลเก็บกวาดบริเวณโรงแรมเลย หญ้ารกมาก ที่จอดรถมืดสนิทหญ้ารก มีแม่บ้านมารับห้อง แล้วก็แจ้งว่าไม่มีอาหารเช้า ผมบอกว่าผมจองราคารวมอาหารเช้าไปแล้ว แกบอกว่าค่อยไปซื้อไข่เซเว่นตอนเช้ามาทำให้ คือผมซื้อราคารวมอาหารเช้าเพิ่มไปเกือบ 500.- แล้วไฟก็ไม่เปิดมืดสนิท ไม่มีคนดูแล Reception ปิดมืด ไม่มีคนดูแลอยู่สักคนเลย ผมเองก็ไม่กล้าพักละครับ อ่านรีวิวมาดีๆ ไม่น่ามาเจอแจ๊คพอร์ตแบบนี้เลย ตอนนี้ประสงค์จะขอเงินคืนเพียงเท่านั้น เพราะในห้องผมยังไม่ได้ไปใช้บริการอะไรเลย ยังไม่ได้แตะต้องอะไรเลย เจอเหตุการณ์แบบนี้บอกเลยว่าผิดหวังมากๆ ใช้บริการของแอปมาก็เยอะ ไม่เคยผิดหวัง แต่รอบนี้สุดจะทนจริงๆ ขอเงินคืน ทางโรงแรมปฏิเสธ สุดยอดของที่สุดจริงๆ ยอม
