Needs renovation

Smelly, ac didn’t work, heater didn’t work, microwave wasn’t plugged in, smoke alarm disconnected, really bad property.

They don’t clean the rooms

The property was run down and dirty. The room was suppose to be a non-smoking room, but it smelled terribly of smoke whenever I entered. There were hairs on the bed and in the shower. The lights didn’t work in the room. We cancelled our reservation immediately after. I felt unsafe in the area as well.

The presentation was not good

My wife and 2 children checked in at approximately 6:20 pm. We dropped our things and left to eat and have family time. I failed to do my due diligence and check the room thoroughly. We returned to shower and relax my wife noticed blood on the walls, door, and floor in bathroom sink area. I immediately spoke with the gentleman at the front desk his response was he couldn’t do anything for my family and I. I asked for a refund as I had paid for 2 days it was then I was given another room. That room was flooded due to the rain. I was given a 3rd room which was ok no blood no flood.

This property is terrible and I will NOT ever stay there again. There are 0 amenities in the room. No refrigerator, no hair dryer, no shampoo. Staff was also not friendly or welcoming, did a minimal job of conducting business during the check-in process, due to their limited ability to speak English. Definitely a one star establishment.

One night stay on the way to New Orleans. Glad it had a microwave and fridge.

Very basic for a cheap motel 6 room In a rough part of town. I check in at the night window & the lady behind the counter hands me a key & says watch out for the Bugs… It was a cold night as The A/C ran all night. I was unable to get it to turn off no matter what I did. Bed was not the greatest in comfort. Suffice to say I was glad when the morning came & I got out of that whole area

KIKI checked us in and she was great! The room appeared clean when we entered. The floor was sticky, but, it seemed like it had maybe been mopped with something that wasn't rinsed. The toilet paper holder fell out of the wall everytime you used it, but, I was still okay until the second night. We had just turned the lights out and gone to bed. I got back up to go to the bathroom and a bug was crawling on the floor. I live in the south so know a bug here and there isn't a big deal. I killed it, but, when I went back to bed there was another kind of bug crawling inside my coffee cup which was sitting on the bedstand. Okay, so now I'm thinking the bugs are coming out once the lights go out; and, I'm creeped out! Overall, it was two nights, and except for the bugs it was was I expected it to be. Oh, one other thing. The first night was EXTREMELY noisy all night long, and, three police cars with lights on at the front of the property between Waffle House and the hotel. No idea what was going on, but, they were there for at least an hour...

Not impressed. We booked it for a place to stay for a concert. Was the closest we could find. Not a bad location, and saved us from driving and hour and half home . But would not stay there again . Luckily we were able to find another place closer for second night

Stayed for a night of sleep on a road trip. That's exactly what I got. No complaints.

The price is great as well.

There was no phone number to get a hold of the front desk. The hotel demanded we return the key to the front desk, but the lobby remains locked all day and only the night window is available. They would not answer the buzzer. When I finally did find a hotel employee (outside of the lobby), I started asking her a question, and before I could finish, she screamed at me that she can't service me. I tried to speak to her again, and she did the same - not letting me finish, and screaming at me (literally) that she could not service me. She then turned around and banged on the front door, screaming to be let in. I left the key in the night window bin and left, finally. Rooms were clean, but there were no cups or other amenities, and the toilet paper roll holder had been ripped out of the wall.

Beds were dirty. Smelled… and didn’t stay and was hard getting refund back
