The food was terrible. I placed an order for room service. The food was soggy and terrible. I asked for a refund from the manager or even to give me credit since I didn’t eat and they said they weren’t able to do that terrible service

Love this hotel! Minutes from the airport, great food at the restaurant, had an amazing massage at the spa and the staff at front desk where very helpful with my needs.

El baño estaba deteriorado le falta más mantenimiento conozco este hotel hace años pero ahora que regrese se mira gastado y todo está más costoso cada comida o algo que comas rápido no baja de 100 mil !!!! Lo mejor de todo es la atención de las personas son muy amables

We arrived at night and I felt they were short of staff. The people at the entrance and at the front desk were not very welcoming. The food at the restaurant was good. Their portions were very generous. The room was nice, quiet and clean.
