This hotel was a 100/10 the staff is very friendly and attentive.

I loved my stay at the Intercontinental hotel. The staffs and everyone were great and helpful. Breakfast was great all the time and the hotel is around a beach, many restaurants, a mall . I enjoyed my stay.

The staff at the property is EXCEPTIONAL!!! The food was delicious the only issue was the beds were a little uncomfortable. Location to beach and shopping was perfect, most definitely will be rebooking this hotel when I return to CARTAGENA!!!!

Everything was great!

The property was excelente, rooms, pool, food, staff 💯, but in front on the street are to many vendors and there is no side Walk.

Beautiful hotel right across the street from the Public beach. Right next to small shopping center and the area has a lot of small shops and restaurants! Great stay! Would recommend

Close to everything on nice public beach

Everything is great here, amazing views, and standard customer service Shout out to Juan in the food and beverage department, top notch.

I loved my stay. My mother and cousin stayed with me as well. We loved this hotel. Perfect location, beautiful facilities, wonderful people, amazing food.

Overall, a 10/10 experience! The hotel was incredibly accommodating, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location was perfect. I chose to stay here for my birthday, and to my surprise, the hotel made it extra special with a complimentary birthday cake and a thoughtful card. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made my celebration unforgettable.

Great location

La comida en el restaurante es deliciosa. Nuestro room al llegar tenía olor a cigarro nos cambiaron muy rápido fueron atentos. Pero no hubo detalles de bienvenida. Las toallas lucen viejas . Y el personal son serios y poco amables. Rescato a José que está a cargo del bar súper atento y amable . Una lástima que el hotel no tenga acceso a la playa.
