My stay was really pleasant. The location it’s very good, not far from the sky train. Rooms and amenities are exceptional. Reception staff were very friendly and very helpful. I would give 10 out of 10 For my overall experience.

Clean hotel with warm welcome. Good location, too 😍.

First night, reception call to wrong room and wake me up at 3.40AM due to a guest leave from someone else room. During check out, they mentioned I drink one of their beer in mini fridge. Then I told them I did not and they do not believe. End up I showed them the photo I first enter the hotel room and capture the mini fridge. It is on the first day. If during the first day I really drink the beer, they should replace on 2nd day but they do not as well and no inform me. All I can said I felt not secure after having these experience on this hotel. Nightmare

as always, I love this hotel, the facility, breakfast, room as well. they have tuktuk to pick me up when I arrive or send me out to the main street. all is clean

at first time I thought I was dissapointed with the service. I put the laundry for 2 days but the room service didn't pick it up but I was call the front desk and at the end they pick up my laundry and proceed it with express but I only pay for normal one. when my last night there, I got alergic, I try to ask the front desk about the pharmacy in the mignight but she said nothing open, so she suggest me to go to hospital and she also call the taxi meter. i'm going to the hospital and got the injection, in one hour everything was fine. in the afternoon I check out and I like the decoration in the lobby so I took many pictures. when i'm arrive in the airport I realized that I didn't get my laundry receipt so I call to the hotel and they send me the receipt via email. this is the best hotel with best service I ever had. love it so much.....
