Atendimento espetacular, localização perfeita. Em relação a comida café da manhã ótimo , a refeição la cart achei caro para o tamanho da porção oferecida .

Nice location good staff and amenities

This is my 2nd time at Maceio Mar Hotel. I booked 3 terrazza rooms and all had great views of the beach. For some reason, mine was the smaller of the 3, but it was still a great room. Parking can be a problem at the hotel, but if you are okay walking or taking an uber for short trips, it's not. The breakfast was always wonderful with so many choices. I love the fresh fruit and juices that were available. Great location. Right across the street is the beach and there are plenty of restaurants within a few blocks. I still wish they would get some staff that spoke some english.

I'm not a Portuguese speaker and it would have been nice if there was someone on site that spoke some English. Google Translate was my fried when I needed to convey or get the help from the front desk. The only complaint I have is road noise. I understand that being right on the beach and the traffic is heavy, but the single pane windows let the sound right through it. Having said this, I was exhausted from all of my daily fun/sun/activities that after about 5 minutes, I fell asleep fairly quickly. Lots of beach activities right across the street, beautiful view, great breakfast buffet.

Great place, and our second time here....Decided to stay an extra day simply because we were having such a nice time enjoying the beach, the decent restaurants, etc....Staff was friendly and accommodating of our request to add an extra day at a not unreasonable cost (quite a bargain, actually)....Would recommend Maceio Mar Hotel in a heartbeat.

Café da manhã muito tumultuado, com filas gigantes para entrar na área. Pequeno e mal organizado. Sujeito nos corredores (bolos de cabelo durante mais de uma semana que fiquei lá). Elevador sujo, quente, quase sempre com um deles quebrado. Estacionamento desorganizado. Funcionários desatentos. Minha quarta vez no hotel, e posso garantir que piorou demais. Não volto. Não recomendo.

O quarto e a equipe muito impecável.

Hotel necessita de manutenção, por exemplo, durante a minha estadia, um dos elevadores estava quebrado, ficando apenas 1 para atender a todos os hóspedes. Café da manhã horrível e fica superlotado em qualquer horário, porque o salão é muito pequeno!
