It was a great location for our trip Friday night Cubs game Saturday farmers market downtown everything was in walking distance was a nice weekend

Clean, quiet, friendly. Great location. Would stay here again.

We booked for handicap access the toilet was way to short to be ADA compliant I had to physically lift my husband off of it! Air flow to the bed sleeping area was horrible maybe a small ceiling fan in that area would help. Balcony was covered in cobwebs and live spiders. Room was very clean just a few little adjustments would help

Property was very satisfactory. Check in adequate. After hours employees.... left an impression that will never be given a chance to be repeated, at least not at this location.

We came to DM for an I-Cubs game and had a phenomenal stay here! We could walk to the game, the Farmer's Market, endless bars & restaurants, it was amazing!

We loved this hotel. It was peaceful the balcony river view was great. The hot tub was also very clean and nice.

Had an issue in the room they couldn’t fix and did not compensate, offer a different room, then said there was no report of an issue when I have all the screen shots of my communication with them. Terrible service. Will never stay here again.

Waterfront

Nice hotel in good location, but had to pay $20 to park in the parking garage. anyone from the public can park in this garage you do not need a hotel key. the receipt printer printed blank. our vehicle was damaged with vandalism while parked there.

People are wonderful, but property is outdated and dirty in spots. (Leak stains in ceiling, paint coming off walls, carpet outdated). Needs a good cleaning and remodeling of rooms.

Easy access to restaurants.

Room was very clean and staff were great. Parking garage was difficult and the blinds in the room wouldn’t close allowing light in that morning.

The staff was friendly, expedient, and quite helpful. They are very knowledgeable about the area and suggested some great dives to check out.

Didn’t get towel after our first night. Didn’t clean our room after first night.

Have stayed here several times. It's always clean and polite staff. We like the downtown location... walkable to many destinations in the area... restaurants, bars, shopping. This time we went to a concert at the Iowa Event Center and walked their and back... 15 minute walk.

Well located for science museum and iowa cubs. Convenient parking. Walking distance to entertainment area. Great view od Capital Building and river.

Not bad for an overnight stay. Room was descent and clean. The bathroom needed some extra detail. Don’t get me wrong. It was clean but the cabinet where the towels were rolled into was dusty. When I pulled out my “clean towel” it grabbed all the dust with it. 2nd the faucet needs to be replaced. It was hard to turn on and reach my desired water temperature. For one night it was fine. Descent.
