Pillows were stained, and smelly, sheets had hair and room service was non existent, breakfast was always the same items, loud air conditioning. Also everyone hears everything outside the rooms due to poor insulation on walls. Overall a poor experience.

Great place in downtown Porto Alegre. Good location. Great stay.

De forma geral o hotel e bom e pessoal muito respeitosos e simpaticos, porem diz que tem estacionamento, mas apenas tem 6 vagas e o cafe da manha abre as 6:30 mas chegando as 6:40 ainda nao estava pronto.

Wonderful 3 day getaway in Porto Alegre. The hotel is smack in the center of everything. Walking distance to major attractions, market place, shopping center and main square. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area yet quiet and peaceful property. Wifi worked great and breakfast was adequate and lots of variety

This hotel is very well positioned and I thought it was very good value. I booked the premium room which was fine, overlooking the theatre gardens and the church. the breakfast was fine for me - as I only eat fruit but there were plenty of other things on offer. I would definitely re book. There is a gym and a free shiatsu massage. Free wifi which works. very central

A hard core Latin American mid-range business hotel. Location is unbeatable if you plan to tour the myriads of downtown Porto Alegre attractions. Located at the entrance of a small local shopping center, the hotel's bar and coffeeshop is also one of the higher-end coffee shop / bar in the mall. If you go into the mall and down two levels and out to the street, turn right on the ornament stoned walk and you're at the center of Rua Da Praia tourist-walk ... with Museu de Art do Rio Grade do Sul Ado Malgoli, Santander Cultural, Paco Municipal, and then the charming Central Public Market. Turn left and you'll be going through Museu Hipolito Jose da C, Casa de Cultura Mario Q., Military Museum, Igreja N. S. das Dores, and ending in the Re-vitalized power plant as a cultural center at the edge of the water - Gasometro! If you walk out the front door and across the street, you're right at Theatro Sao Pedro, followed by the beautiful dome'd Catedral Metropolitana - together with many other historical building, libraries, and museums clustered within short walking distances. From the hotel's location, Uber to and from ALL extended tourist regions are very affordable from this location.... Cidade Baixa, Bom Fim, Lima e Silva, Moinhos de Vento, and Menino Deus. Hotel itself is well maintained. Has safe in room, hair dryer, and a work desk and chair. Well thought out for business with free WifI and plenty of 110v blade recepticals together with local 220v 3-round prongs.

We got a no nice room, after requesting a change they give us a much better one, much.

Excelente estadia.

It was not unpleasant. It was a place to stay, take care of business and move on. It had the basics and located at the entrance of a mall it made comfortable to find coffee shops and eateries. As they had no in-house service. Which was a bit surprising being Brasil. It is a lean service other than that I have no comment.

Foi uma estadia tranquila e confortavel, hotel bem localizado com equipe solicita. Esperava o café da manhã um pouco melhor, mas não deixou a desejar. Quarto e ambientes comuns limpos e organizados.

Funcionários atenciosos e o local é muito limpo.

Com atendimento muito atencioso e simpático, café da manhã bom e quarto bom, o aquecimento do quarto deixa um pouco a desejar e o banheiro já pode ser modernizado. Visto beneficio bom, com estacionamento conveniente apesar de apertado e diária cara.

Quarto grande, silencioso, bom banheiro/chuveiro, televisão com canais fechados com excelente menu. Café da manhã compatível com a classificação do hotel. Ninguém auxilia o transporte de malas até a recepção que têm escadas. O que mais deixou a desejar é a arrumação dos quartos que só é realizada a cada 3 dia; nem mesmo o lixo é retirado.

Café da manhã precisa melhorar muito. A internet um pouco instável. No mais, pelo custo-benefício, vake a pena.

A estadia foi boa, principalmente na flexibilidade do meu check-in. Consegui acessar meu quarto antes do horário para deixar meus pertences. Recepcionistas muito educadas e atenciosas.
