Our stay was spoiled at the end when the hotel declined to give back our deposit for the towels. They literally stole 20 EUR from us, claiming that "it was not in the system" without giving any information about that. The person called Joachim (or Joacquin or something similar) claimed that he was front desk supervisor, refused to contact his manager and didn't want to return deposit. Scam...

Lovely hotel, no issues and good location right on the beach with plenty of restaurants and bars around. Easy to get into Palma via public transport and taxi. Close to the airport but you hardly hear any planes. A few minor updates needed to some of the rooms or slightly deeper cleaning but generally very clean and well presented.

We really love this hotel. We were a family of 4 with 2 kids. Lot of activities close by and amazing ocean view. Very clean and quiet. We can’t wait to come back next year . Really really recommended .

very clean hotel, good breakfast options, fantastic location for cycling 7 miles along a designated coastal cycle path in to Palma. Sa Arenal only 1 mile south too for livelier resort. Gym is very good too although aircon wasnt on so was quite warm. Only negative was the fact you need to sit at a table to order drinks. should be able to order drinks at a bar. main hotel bar was closed for some reason. Apart from this great hotel and location. pool view rooms are best as you get both sea and pool views.

Very comfortable junior suite, and amazing views. Bars, restaurants and beautiful beach very close by. Cool and airy reception areas. Pool and baby pool very small and sunbeds very close together so too noisy and crowded for me! We were bed and breakfast which offered a lot of food choices. However, had one dinner in hotel but staff unhelpful and food disappointing.

Super location! Can’t beat it. Beautiful view from our room. Pool looked great. Could not get a spot by pool. Staff was ok. Because it’s considered an apartment, once you use your small amount of dish soap you need to buy your own. Would definitely recommend. We really enjoyed our time there. It was a quick ride into Palma.

Pleasant staff on arrival and leaving. Beach view apartment was great and the hotel had a good range of amenities (gym, pools, bar area). Only issue was the children’s play room wasn’t open all day just a few hours. Hotel is a good location to the airport and beach but you need to taxi or bike ride into Palma. Would definitely stay here again

Room was very clean, very big and spacious. Lots of storage for luggage. Property had lots of amenities like laundry and a supermarket on the corner. Great experience.

The suit was really good. Very clean, nothing to say, nice balcony. Only problem: the kitchen is a little small, difficult to cook a meal. Just some quick pasta, some eggs and that's it. No freezer in the fridge so do not expect to store icecreams or make ice cubes. Anyway, perfect for breakfast.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the view was excellent.

This place is fantastic, you can’t go wrong staying here. The buffet breakfast is delicious, the views are beautiful, and the facilities are clean. When I return to Mallorca, this will be my first choice.

The Pool was nice. The Room was nice but a bit loud, but i didnt mind. The location of the hotel was great. We had a great sea view.
