I was trying to get a place to sleep and it was very hard at night. This place made my day after few hours searching for a room.

This was an absolute perfect choice, such great hospitality, we really appreciated the prompt service. We were looking for something close to family and yet economical for a longer stay, we were able to prepare some meals and it contained plenty to make it relaxing stay. Can't thank you enough!

Cheap hotel, uncomfortable beds , you get what you pay for.

If you need great facilities and service you won't like this place. If you're more interested in great value then I highly recommend it. Run down but quite comfortable and clean. We really liked the neighborhood, a relatively quiet and safe street with several coffee shops very close (try the Matraz Café), and good restaurants maybe within maybe 7 blocks. It worked really well for us. Caveat: late check in is problematic and basic amenities like drinking water and soap are not provided.

Sería de suma importancia que en verdad hagan saber a los inquilinos que después de cierta hora no deben de gritar, me lleve una desagradable experiencia ya que unos inquilinos estuvieron gritando y haciendo fiesta hasta las 4 am y nadie del hotel les dice nada

Tuve problemas porque tengo la sospecha que abrieron mi maleta

Nada que ver el hotel con la foto que se nos pone en la página de hoteles.com, las camas estaban tendidas con una manta de franela, no tenían cobija nos tocó pedir dos cobijas. Las almohadas estaban rellenas con ropa o tela muy duras. La habitación parecía limpia pero olía muy mal. El hotel solo tiene tres cajones de estacionamiento, mi auto lo dejé estacionado en la calle. La verdad no regresaría a hospedarme ahí, lo hice solamente porque decía que estaba a 13 minutos del auditorio Telmex, pero para llegar al auditorio en realidad hicimos casi media hora.
