Beautiful hotel, good atmosphere, service is ok. I got a room next to the pool. Everything is considered clean. Morning at about 5 am Which is not yet six o'clock in the morning, about 7-8 families (do not know if they are Thai?) Have come to play in the pool at dawn Making a very loud noise, which my girlfriend called to reception as very loud But the receptionist didn't do anything for him I think the hotel should warn the customers and tell them that they should not be noisy as it is still very early. My partner and I checked out at that time. Was very frustrated and lost feelings The hotel does not give a warning to customers who make a loud noise in any way.

Good service, clean and comfortable.
