Had a fantastic stay! The manager, Amine, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The service was truly amazing, and both the hotel and food selection exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

I booked a room for my cousin’s honeymoon, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel checked them in almost three hours after the official check-in time, with no apology and no sense of responsibility from the staff. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, the staff blamed the customers and showed a complete lack of professionalism. For such an important occasion, this level of service is unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for reliability, courtesy, or basic customer care.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel! Really dissoppointed overall. So many issues. Staff were generally very friendly especially Amin and Rabia whom were helpful. I would definitely not recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel, all staff are amazing and always there to help, food is lovely everything about this hotel is amazing! I have been here so many times and continue to be a lovely place to stay, definitely a place to go if you are travelling to Tunisia you won’t be disappointed!!

The staff was great ! We had a good time in this hotel.

Hotel could be so much better. Had to wait over 2 hours for our rooms. The rooms need an update and fresh coat of paint. (rooms facing pool appeared to have been done) One room had 4 power outlets and 2 lamps that didn't work. The headboards were stained and needed cleaned. The beds were hard but somewhat comfortable. Safes and refrigerators worked good. The bathrooms were large but toilet area was small and in need up fixing. Food was ok but little variation over 2 weeks. Also very hot inside to the point it was miserable to eat. (get a table by the party room as cooler air will come out of the doors if they are open).The chefs (especially the head chef) were all very nice and the wait staff were great! Bar staff were also very nice and friendly. As usual the drinks are weak and selection small. Pool area was nice...but you had to be up early to get best spots. (although not as bad as some hotels). The indoor pool was cold. Kids were unsupervised making the indoor area a playground and were seen relieving themselves in the pool/hot tub.The beach was nice and clean. The pool manager and the animation team great. There was a person higher in the hotel chain that showed up during our stay and he was working on improving conditions fairly fast.

Un vrais 5 étoiles. Notre arrivé a l'hôtel sentido bellevue park,a été a la hauteur de notre attente. Très bien reçu a la réception surtout de la part de monsieur ali ,qui nous a bien accueilli, ont a été même surclassé, d'une chambre vue jardins a une chambre vue sur mer, merci et bravo au personnel de la réception. L'hôtel est magnifiques Très propre, chambre refaite tout les jours sans demande, personnel gentils et serviables. Petit déjeuner acceptable avec des jus naturels orange citrons et fraises ainsi que beaucoup de fromage,et des cafés au lait a la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles vu que la direction a bien investi sur 5 ou 6 machines de cafés. Pour le dîner, nourriture tres propres variantes, avec des plats tunisiens et autres, ou tu peux toujours trouver a manger.juste sa manque un petit peu de dessert ( oranges et un peu de fraises tout les jours). Cet hôtel dispose d'un hall très vaste ou tous le monde trouve sa place. En fin je suis bien satisfait de cet hôtel, j'ai passé 5 jours en famille au tops rien a reprocher ,et merci a tous le monde sans exception de l'accueil, et le respect du client, je conseille vivement cet hôtel surtout pour les familles.

Execllent séjour, hotel très propre et personnel aux petits soins. La salle de sport était bien équipée.
