As always the hotel was clean the staff was friendly and you actually have a peace of mind when you go to sleep

Very nice rooms for the price!

Customer Service was Superb

Very clean safe and quiet. No homeless interaction. Absolutely no bugs. Staff very cool. The only issue is that they are very strict on the checkout time.

Terrible

Jay (check-in)) and Anthony (check-out) were pleasant and helpful at the reception desk. Although this Super 8 had the typical breakfast fare there was a Waffle House a short walk across the street. The pool was small yet cute. The location was close to area attractions on the Blue Ridge Parkway and a short drive to downtown.

It is a good motel. We will be staying there again. For Asheville, NC, it is priced well. Parking is good. Right off the highway. Close to UNC Asheville.

We chose this hotel based off reviews we found online. Many of the reviews gave 10/10. This is not a 10/10. It was fine for one night stay. But there are many other hotel options in the area. Pick a different one.

The cleanliness

Best value just off I40 expressway. Friendly staff. Parking right in front of room. Needs updating, especially bathrooms. Only packaged donuts and pastries for breakfast.

The room is very clean and spacious, and it's located very close to the entrance of the Blue Ridge Pkwy.

Older hotel. Room had been smoked in previously so there was a stale cigarette smell. Only stayed for one night during a trip. Cleaning staff could spend a little more time in the rooms. Comfortable bed. Front desk service was great. Very nice people.

Good

The staff were so nice and sweet! The room that I was in has some bugs but the staff sprayed the room and it did helped. The manager was so sweet and he gave me a 20 percent off discount! And he did offered to put me in another room. I was just to tired to move in it. I would come back again just because the staff was very nice and helpful!

Very nice staff.

The staff was excellent. The location was good for our needs. The rooms were nice. It was clean but just like at your home, hidden corners could always get a little extra love/cleaning. As typical with most hotels there were some spots that could have paint touch ups where guest have scuffed walls with suitcases etc. there was nothing that impacted the quality of our staff but tiny details could have made it perfect. Breakfast was limited but hold get you going. We would stay there again.
