Excellent hotel for cycling, with a secure and accessible bike garage. Well-equipped gym/spa; and Comfort apartment spacious and modern. Dinner buffet a bit limited and lukewarm in parts.

Hotel was in a good location, 15min walk from Puerto Pollensa. Nice and quiet at night. However, the apartment was very tired and old, we would not have said 4 star, probably a 3 star at best.

Great set up for us cyclists, relaxing and good for us couples walking and hiking and for evenings walking to and back from Port Pollenca

Went here on a short break with my partner. Apartment was clean and tidy. We found the shuttle bus useful but a taxi to port de Pollença was only €6 which is very good. Would recommend if you are looking a chill holiday getaway

The property was a good fit for our requirements, and close to the town and beach with a shuttle bus provided. The immediate area was ok but had limited amenities. Especially good place to stay if you are into sports but still great with two young kids!

Great value for money. Location is perfect for exploring but would recommend a car. Lots of sports on site.

This was our first stay and there were some positive and negative aspects. It is classed as 4-star but would consider 3-star hotel. Positives - Food - there was a great selection of food for breakfast and dinner. The dinner options were all very tasty and plentiful. - Tennis & Padel - the facilities were first class, with 5 padel courts and 2 tennis courts. The hotel was selected for the options available and didn’t disappoint. There was always availability to book and rackets were provided free for hotel guests. Albeit the cost to book the courts were very high. - Access - the town is a short 15 minutes walk, and found much easier to walk the back road than the main road. There is also a bus stop very close by in the main road which allows travel into Pollensa, Alcudia and Palms a great option. Negatives - Property condition- the rooms were very dated and in need of a refurbishment to be classed as 4-star. The restaurant was okay, but major trip hazard in middle and the charges for drinks were quite excessive. Pool - the main pool was a fair size and the fresh water suited although my son developed an ear infection and suspect this was the cause and also knew a number of other children developed infections. The pool bar was always open, although the prices were quite high. The toilet facilities were always dirty and had a dodgy lock which caused my son to get locked in, fortunately were able to prise open from outside. All in all a good 3-star hotel.

What could have been a great experience was unfortunately let down by the poor air conditioning in the room which made spending any time in the room & sleeping unbearable. When we mentioned this to the reception, no action was taken and we had to ask for fans. Although slightly dated, the apartament room was clean, spacious and adequately equipped. The facilities, gym and pool areas were great and the breakfast excellent. Nice location with option of a 10 minute walk or shuttle bus to the beach

It was a nice hotel and the pool was great!

Visited for a cycling trip & the hotel was perfect for that. Close to Formentor and mountain routes, or Campernet / Sa Pobla etc if you want low-level routes. Roomy & comfortable self catering apartment, short walk from town with selection of bars restaurants, bike hire/shops and a large supermarket. Secure cycle storage was useful too. Would recommend.

Pleasant, clean and reasonably well equipped.

Cycling holiday with friends. Hotel is perfect for cyclist. Secure cages, good food and nice pools. New restaurant was lovely.

Duva is a little in need of a face lift, and the appliances in the kitchenettes are a little bit old and tired, but everything is working and functional. It is also a good 10 minute walk to town or the beach so be prepared to do a bit of exercise. It is great for cyclists and triathletes with bike storage and a small bike shop on site. Gym on site is good and pool is big enough for a proper swim. Have never dined in the restaurant as we like to eat out of an evening but did try the breakfast and they was amazing. The rooms are serviced regularly and all of the staff are brilliant. So friendly and helpful, they really make the place. Have used Duva many times and would use it again.

We stayed for two weeks on a cycling trip. We brought our own bikes in bike boxes. The bikes are locked away safely in cages (you may have to share the cage with other guests but there is loads of room including for bike boxes). The cage area is locked at night for additional safety. Floor pumps are available at reception. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bike area (cost a few euro each ). Apartment was basic but served our needs perfectly. The Italian in the tennis area is superb !!

Amazing stay, great staff and only 19 mins from pollensa port

This hotel caters for cyclists and does it exceedingly well. On my short trip recently we were treated very politely and well on every occasion I spoke with a member of staff. They were unfailingly helpful. The rooms were large and clean and although not luxurious, were everything one could reasonably expect at this price point. The cycling facilities were also excellent, with large lock-up security cages and track pumps and a mechanic if you needed help. They are located a 10 minute walk from the town, but that's hardly an issue. All in all I would rate them 10 out of 10
