Perfectly acceptable hotel

Room was surprisingly clean! But very basic options. Only one set of towels in the bathroom to start (lol). Some updates done. But rougher crowd staying here and really is aimed at quick stops or for work trips. Would stay again for the price. But only short stays.

I had a pretty frustrating experience booking through Expedia. Back in March, I booked and paid for a room, got my confirmation, and thought everything was good to go. After a concert, we showed up late that night expecting to check in, but the front desk couldn’t find any reservation under my name. Even with proof of booking and payment, there was nothing in their system. Not a great feeling after a long night. I ended up on the phone with Expedia customer service for about an hour trying to sort it out. The rep was nice, but unfortunately they couldn’t find us another room nearby or offer much of a solution. At that point, we had no place to stay and ended up driving all the way back home, getting in around 5am. Definitely not how the night was supposed to end. Overall, this experience really hurt my confidence in using Expedia. When you book and pay ahead of time, you expect the room to be there, especially late at night. I’d really appreciate Expedia taking a look at this and offering some kind of goodwill gesture, like a free or discounted stay, to help make things right. I’d like to keep using the service, but this was a tough experience.

Check-in was easy peasy. The staff was nice enough to move my luggage to another room while I attended a graduation to avoid late checkout fees! Coffee in the lobby was convenient and surprisingly decent. The breakfast was a mix of breads, bagels, muffins and cereals, nothing amazing but gets the job done, specially on a busy morning. Location was pretty good, surrounded by good food spots and stores. Ubers consistently showed up within 2-3 minutes.

I enjoyed my stay The hotel was clean and quiet I had 2 dogs with me and I ALWAYS clean up after my dogs But outside their were several piles of dog poop outside from other peoples dogs I am sorry to the staff that other people were not cleaning up after their dogs

Check in was very easy and fast. We appreciate the up grade.Room was clean and adequate. Breakfast was bare minimum , no eggs,sausage or yogurt. More of a high carb breaky.

Very nice place, affordable. We were storm stayed in Regina for a sports event and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

I really liked how nice and polite the staff were, they very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was very basic.cereal, muffins, and frozen waffles, no effort to replace things that ran out ( no milk, no syrup). Room was clean and the staff was pleasant.

The tv in the room was tiny and we couldn’t hook up our Switch. #travelingwithkids

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned; had to ask for housekeeping to come up. Someone tried to enter our room because front desk gave them keys to it. Overall, not the best experience.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and easy to find location.

The room was alright, what made the experience really good was the super friendly staff!

The room was very clean and felt very comfortable. Being laid over due to vehicle problems, it would be nice if there was at least a couple of movie channels on the tv channel list. Otherwise the staff, amenities and the stay was very nice.
