Arrived late at the airport so this was the perfect stop gap for an overnight stay.. the staff were welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable we had an amazing sleep. The only negative was that there was no kettle or drink making facilities.. a cup of tea on arriving at 1 in the morning would of been appreciated

Very clean hotel lobby and rooms and the shower was the best we’ve come across at any hotel. The bathroom could use more counter space and more hooks would be appreciated in the room. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful!

Very nice hotel, staff was pleasant an professional, clean rooms, very good price for the level of accomodation and service. The hotel is outside the center of the city and getting into the city takes about 30 minutes. The restaurant at the hotel was pretty good.

I travel all over the world, but never had something stolen from my belongings until this time in this hotel! Please be aware, that you are not safe here! I forgot my coat and shal in the wardrobe. Four hours later I went back to the hotel to pick up my language and tell them if they could give my coat as it is still in the wardrobe. They said sorry but it is nothing there….the cleaners did not report anything…. So with one word it is stollen. I came with a coat because it was cold in my country and here was hot and I even did not think about my coat in the morning so it was in just there in the wardrobe.

We were unable to get refund when we had to cancel our stay. The hôtel kept asking us for sensitive data from our bank account number, in Canada, to refund us. They say they can’t do orherwise, Even if we prepaid with our crédit card. We don’t understand why!

The service staff are so kind and very professional

Check in was slow and no elevator have to carry the suitcases thru 15 stairs.

We really enjoyed our stay. Place was very clean and wonderful.

I appreciated that it was in a neighborhood but was a bit noisy. Great accessibility to metro and airport. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Cute hotel, but some of ladies at the reception were very unhelpful and dismissive when I asked for help, expecially the one with black curly hair, as if she was angry or annoyed with something and just had zero sympathy for my situation. The least they could do was use Google translate to understand me. The restaurant had very limited fresh pastries and overcharged for a coffee. The coffee was double the price of one across the street. The room was clean, but only one shampoo/conditioner for hair and body, which is very cheap. Not a single coffee maker or hot water dispenser anywhere in hotel. So, for a cup of tea or coffee you had to keep going to the restaurant. The fountain and courtyard was cute,but then other mentioned stuff are important as well.

The hotel is very beautiful and authentic despite the surrounding area. The staff is amazing and very acomodating. It is nice that they have a garage for a small fee and a restaurant opened for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Everything was perfect. Parking great.

A 4 instead of 5 for staff & services because the female bartender gave me the impression Ihad stupid requests. A local I sat with confirmed she was unfriendly. Too bad she didn't have more joy. Maybe a bad day in her personal life. The staff at the front desk was invaluable as she helped me with getting a train reserved along with arrangement for a taxi in the morning. She even looked online to find the best options for me to get to my destination the next day.

You can tell the hotel need some remodeling especially on the hallways of the hotel. The room was good and comfortable. Shower was good and comfortable. Overall is an ok hotel with very nice staff. The restaurant in the hotel is a plus especially when traveling overnight.
