Attitude of receptionist was not good, the male guys. No welcome drink.

The hallways with the common areas are lovely. However, the bedroom is a bit lacking in privacy because the bathroom and bed are not covered, when taking a bath inside and the other person turns on the air conditioner outside, it's cold...

Good location, many food and entertain options within walk distance. Hotel facilities are a little bit run down, not as stunning as in photos. Rooftop spa, bar and jacuzzi available from 12pm-8pm. The staff say they can turn on jacuzzi and warm water if we want to use before 12pm, great service! Breakfast buffet: not variety food but the quality is good, better than some other 4 stars that we've been in. All the staff are very helpful and thoughtful. We had a pleasant staycation, thank you Sakyo.

Many are memorable from Sakyo, outdoor hot spa, super tasty breakfast, comfortable and big rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Overall, very satisfied Sakyo, the price in accordance with what is in the can. Fyi, this hotel is located in Japantown area in HCM, so lots of japanese food and there is an onsen also around the hotel.
