Room was spotless, Staff were so nice, Manor was beautiful, loved the old features, breakfast was great, bottle of wine was such a nice add on. Water pressure was low in the shower and the bathroom in Quidi Vidi room was very small but overall a very lovely stay.

The room was great (Clean, warm), the wonderful staff who checked us in and said goodbye when we left were so nice and helpful, the separate emtrance and hot tub in room were a major bonus.

This was not our first time staying here, and usually it's good. But this time, the customer service was severely lacking. I'm not sure if any of the management has changed, but I won't be staying here again.

I did not get the room I had reserved. I had quite intentionally reserved a room with an exterior entrance. When I arrived they said the room I had on my reservation was booked, and gave me an internal, bead and breakfast type room. When I sent a polite email to let them know afterwards they apologized, but made to effort to do anything about it.
