The room was large and clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. But the breakfasts were amazing. We were there for 21 nights and couldn't wait to see what the menu items for breakfast were. Seriously they should have a full restaurant. On the down side. The internet could be iffy. You had many choices of connections and we had to use a variety of them. So more of a nuisance then bad. Also the hot water was tricky. You either had very hot water, or cold. But all in all this was a great hotel, in a great location. We would highly recommended it. would highly recommend it.

Very clean hotel. Room was spacious. Staff was professional and extremely friendly. Breakfast was very tasty with good variety over 6 days. Location was perfect. Close to three markets and the Zocalo.

I love staying at this hotel! Everyone is super friendly, the hotel is walking distance from the Zocalo. We have stayed here over 5 times now!!

Hands down this is the best we’ve stayed at in Oaxaca. The personnel is friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to help and meet all our needs. We travelled with two children and it was a great environment for them. The food was amazing and the rooms are nice. I had stayed there two other times and they keep improving. The best part is they are block from from El Zocalo and across the street from the Mercado. My husband stayed with our children while I did some shopping and I felt completely safe along going back and forth to drop off items. We did a late checkout on our checkout date and it was perfect. The only downside is that they don’t have on site parking. Parking lot is about 3 blocks away and the unloading zone is down the block but it very limited. However, I believe majority of all other hotels near there are also the same. Whenever I go back to Oaxaca I will stay at Hotel Trebol without thinking about it.

Everything was perfect, just a misunderstanding with front desk I was given 3 different prices for key replacement.

En general me gustó mucho mi estancia. El hotel es bonito, muy limpio y a una cuadra del zócalo. El desayuno viene incluido y todos los días fue delicioso (en especial las enfrijoladas). El personal siempre fue muy amable y atento. Sin embargo, la zona es algo ruidosa y el hotel no aísla este ruido. Desafortunadamente dormía tarde por el ruido de las calles y despertaba temprano por el ruido interno del hotel de la cocina y comedor.
