Kambal B&B was excellent is all areas; location, near by services, easy access to subway, safe and busy area for walking. Restaurants, deli’s shopping all near by. Our Host Albert was excellent; he welcomed us, provided snack upon arrival, simple breakfast each day, and packed breakfast on our early departure day. Room was perfect, clean, bed was comfortable and a street side 2nd floor room- we love to hear the city. We would absolutely stay here again when in Rome.

Really nice, the only thing was the extra charges 45 euros for cleaning and local taxes that hotels.com didn’t include in the reserve and just you can pay in cash. It is better to use booking that include everything in the price.

The guys I dealt with are good but don’t think this is of a standard that should be on hotels.com

Staff were very pleasant and room was clean. Breakfast aas also served on time sach day. Facade of the building wasn't great although this wasn't a major obstacle

I reserved and payed for two days to expedia in advance. But when I arrive at the hotel at noon time (on time I mean) They said that they don't have room for me and offered me an other hotel 10 min. walking distance. The hotel was terrible at all means...

Elbert and Randy are incredibly caring and wonderful hosts. The room was super clean, a/c was adjustable and perfect and breakfast very generous and delicious. Their suggestions on where to walk/go were priceless, the map they gave us really made our trip!! it was an easy walk from train and about a 10-15 min walk from Colloseum. Because it is maybe a street over from most of the action, I think couples will love it but I did feel a bit vulnerable being 2 females and a child (the area seems safe but isolated) my only complaint was the shower was really small (I'm 5'1!), but this is Rome and to be expected. The restaurant they recommended was top notch. They are wonderful wonderful hosts and made our experience amazing! Salamat!

Cheating. We chose the room which is a private external bathroom. However, there is no private external bathroom in the B&B. We had to share bathroom. Let us feel very uncomfortable. It is cheating for their service and website. Everyone must be careful to choose their B&B.

Elbert and Randy (the owners) are great! They go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and give great advice/information about Rome. Comfortable and clean room in a great location--overall great value for the price. Entrance was a bit hard to find as it is not well marked, but do not let that put you off. Also offer a thoughtful complementary breakfast. Only complaints are that the wifi was a little spotty, the external private bathroom is a bit annoying as it is not connected to the room.

Kambal staff are very friendly and helpful, specifically the young man who serves breakfast was very polite and always tried to help us with information about local phone calls, train schedules, etc. The breakfast is delicious, I recommend trying the creamy hot chocolate! The bed is comfortable, rooms have high ceilings and a beautiful view of the street. There are some delicious restaurants and cafes right down the street when you exit to the right of the hotel.

Kamball is equidistant from Termini train station and the Coliseum. It is well managed by Albert and Randy who are friendly and attentive to their small number of guests. They have pleasantly redecorated their 3 room B&B and deliver breakfast at your convenience to your room.

It's very good B&B , staff is supporting & behaviour was nice. Neat clean but compact room. Breakfast was good. From Roma it's 700-800 MTR distance.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel , it is a great location , you have only 5 minutes to walk to Colosseum. The room was very cleaned, members of staff are very helpful, the continental breakfast it was very rich and served in your room.

This is a great little place! The hosts are super nice and helpful. The location is absolutely fantastic, just 10 minutes walk from the main train station and the Coluseum!

Fairly centrally located, with very friendly and helpful staff (Elbert and Randy?). Bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. I was very grateful for the air conditioning unit (not sure if in all rooms, we booked the superior room). Breakfast was delivered to the room at a pre-appointed time and was varied and nicely proportioned. Only thing I missed was tea making facilities, though Elbert did make me a cup on one occasion. Also had a small fridge/minibar in the room that was an added bonus.
