Its a very good hotel, close to many tourism point of interest, in front of iron bridge, 10 mnts on foot to go to chiang mai night market. A half hour on foot to chiang mai old town. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but hot water is available for your owned instant food ( we brought instant food from indonesia)
