Toilet wasn't well clean at arrival. Overpriced. Busy, also pool always full, rooftop place still under construction, sort of. Restaurant and cafe staff were very kind and attentive (the fact they needed to ask for a paper review probably implies they're under pressure from management).

Everything was good

I thought it was an amazing experience. I loved the breakfast and the rooms were so clean. The staff was friendly and I really enjoyed my time there with my family. The only things I would improve are the surrounding area’s which are a little sketchy and how you have to pay for snacks in your room, but that alone isn’t enough for me to rate the experience less than 5 stars. Definitely coming back!

Beautiful Hotel in the chic part of town. The top terrace has a great view of town! Staff is very kind and service minded! The bathroom is spacious, the rooms are very comfortable, buffet breakfast is absolutely delicious with little touches from Colombian food! This is my 2nd stay and I will definitely go back next time I am in town.

The property was very clean and the staff was hospitable.

Always stay here, reception and bar lovely, rooms spacious, clean comfortable, staff really friendly, restaurant fair. Pool is in use but roof top bar is being renovated.

Stayed many times here, staff and very helpful, rooms are excellent, spacious, breakfast provides usual Colombian offerings but good. The roof top bar is being renovated but the is a small bar on the ground floor that is very nice, the pool is still accessible from the roof but its always fairly cold as isa jacuzzi. They very kindly added an extra Wi-Fi point to allow better signal in my room which was initially awful, but they fixed it immediately, Close to shops and mall and good restaurants and café
