Clean good view great staff

Clean hotel, friendly staff and nice quiet beach. Only oroblem.is the music is so loud and it plays until very late at night.

Good hotel to stay, with friendly staff. Food was OK/good in half board.

Staff were amazing. Food was always cold and no variety. Entertainment limited. Hotel needs a good paint and update. Really noisy hotel rooms not soundproof always shouting in hallways. Could gear next door snoring 😂😂Cleaners very noisy and no respect coming into room when we were not even awake.

Lovely pool and next to beach. Room spacious but with two single beds pushed together.

Excellent evening entertainment within the hotel and good atmosphere welcome s you, I was disappointed with temperature of the hot meals, which were served on cold plates and further reduced the overall temperature of the meal. Overall though no other complaints

What to say ... it started badly with the complete parking. the guard wanted to park the car outside on the road. Then I booked all inclusive, but the hotel.com website only validated the breakfast on my reservation. At the reception, no one informed us, or even took the timeto explain restaurants, drinks ... so we only had breakfast. Only last night we learned that our stay was well all inclusive. The indoor pool is too small, with all the tourists, you could not move. No wifi in the rooms either ... yes for a 4 star hotel in 2018 it seems incredible. In short it was my first and last stay at this hotel.

Not a great start, dried blood on the sheets, single beds when requested double, 1 hour to check in, arrogant staff doing the check in.Food was OK.

Hotel was lovely in very good location, and had good entertainment.

Excellent reception , quick check in/ out. Good entertainment , richly varied buffet , vast pool , kids friendly, very accommodating staff , clean and well maintained hotel. Will be definetly back this week again.

Dei buffet eccezionali. Una qualità di prodotti incredibile, soltanto prodotti freschi e vari. Abbiamo optato per la formula pensione complete e ne è valsa la pena. Personale gentilissimo. Spazi verdi molto curati. 4 bellissime piscine di cui una coperta riscaldata. Spa da provare.

Service with a smile!" Seldom do you find such "quality care" as we experienced at this Hotel.The staff were friendly and the food at the breakfast was terrific. We were very pleased with the hospitality and friendliness of everyone in the Buffet Restaurant,Reception and Piano Bar.We found the front desk to be friendly and helpful as well.The Buffet was great and excellent, the pool is really one of the best i have seen in Hammamett, and the private Beach of this Hotel is great! Staying here already for the second time, and pretty sure will stay here again and again. :) ++++

l'animation , mais les menus ne sont pas variés manque de choix de légumes

Plus d'animation le soir a part karaoké soir sur soir pas assez de legumes sans avoir des poivrons dedans allergie

L'organisation de l accueil lors de notre arrivé était compliqué et le personnel a tardé à nous donner notre chambre. La première chambre donné avait une fuite d eau au niveau de la clim...l hotel en général est plutôt propre. Toutefois la plage est salle et la qualité du restaurant est très moyen.. les fruits sont pas bons et peu de chose le matin pour déjeuner. L équipe d animation est adorable malgré que les thèmes des soirées sont a améliorer.
