Property was quiet and central. Room is on the older side and there was long black hair in the bed. There was a strange and very strong smell in hallway. Otherwise all good

The apartment was spacious and reasonably quiet. The cleanliness and upkeep of the property left a little to be desired. Had to wash kitchen items before use. The sliding door on the laundry alcove was off its slide. Cold water tap at kitchen sink was loose and dificult to stop from dripping. The treck from the carpark to the unit was somewhat arduous.

Great apartment, well presented, a good size, everything is in very good condition, undercover parking, the location is close to everything. The only negative is the road noise

We stayed on the 18th floor and the apartment was excellent. Staff were also really good to help with anything we needed. The only comment I will have is that not all apartments are the same. This one was the best by far and I stayed in 3 in the same unit block now.

Good value

The property is a little tired, but if you have the view of the water it more than makes up for it …stunning! Everything was fine including a comfortable bed and a shower with good hot water pressure. The pool and associated area is also great with the mountain looming over you :)

The apartment itself was great but we didnt see a single staff member the whole stay. So if we had had any questions, there was no one to ask. Instructions for checkin and checkout as well as access to our room were not very clear. There were also no spare pillows or blankets. However, the apartment itself was extremely clean and great size, the parking was very secure and the building felt very safe.

Overall good

Loved our 3 night stay in a spacious 1 bedroom apartment that was nicely furnished with a full, well-appointed kitchen, separate laundry, study nook and spacious balcony. The views over the Strand and Maggie Island were gorgeous from this 16th floor balcony. It is a very bright apartment early in the morning so if that will wake you early, take an eye mask. Also, no wifi details provided but after-hours check-in was easy. Quiet and safe yet just around the corner from the Cowboys Leagues Club and other bars and pubs. Will stay again.

John the concierge was amazing in making sure we had what we needed. He really went out of his way to be helpful. We are so grateful for the attention he gave us. We also loved our apartment.

Had everything you need, lovely view, helpful staff

Accommodation was good except the hotel advertised the bathroom had a shower not a combined bath/shower and a very deep bath at that with no rails to hold which is not ideal for elderly guests I always look for shower only when booking accommodation so this was disappointing
